CHAPTER 34

"Thanks," Wanda said fighting someone. "How many bases do you guys have left?" I asked. "18 more," Sam replied. "Okay," I said. After some minutes of me telling them where there was something, they got back to the jet. "Thanks, Kaia," Tony said. "Yep, no problem," I said.

"Can I talk to her now?" I heard Bucky from a distance. "You're so annoying you know that right?" Tony screamed out of annoyance. I laughed and so did Maria. "Fine talk to her," Tony said, handing the earplug to Bucky. Maria left to talk to Fury so I had time to talk to him alone.

"I hear what you did trouble maker," Bucky said. "Oh please, you are the one to talk to," I said smiling. "How's the mission going?" I asked him. "It's ok, but it would have been better if you were here with us," he said. "I'm going to puke," I heard Thor from a distance.

I laughed and said, "Well we got our own mission here." I took a deep breath. "Right," Bucky said. There was silence until Bucky asked, "Did you see the news?" I scoffed and said, "I did, they were really nice to me!" I laughed off. Bucky laughed and said, "Don't let them get under your skin." I smiled, "I won't, don't worry."

"Doll, I have to give it back to Tony because he's asking for it, but I'm getting mine in a few minutes, so I should be able to talk to you in a while," Bucky said. "Bye I love you," I said laughing. "I love you too Doll, be careful," he said.

"Ugh finally," Tony said. "Thanks, Tony," I said. "Yeah, no problem," he said sarcastically. After talking with everyone for a while we had to head back to the tower since they were going to rest in a hotel close to where they were.

We went into the van and headed to the tower. I was exhausted. "Thanks for your help Kaia," Fury said. "Wow, the first time I see you say thanks," I said laughing. Fury just rolled his eyes and kept on driving.

Everyone in the van was asleep except Vision, Fury, Maria, and I. Selene came with us for some reason, but she had her head resting on Loki's shoulder. I smiled and looked at the time, it was already 11 PM. Time had passed quickly but I was glad this day was almost over. I turned to my side to talk to Vision, he was looking out of the window, he looked upset at something.

"Hey Vision, are you feeling ok?" I asked. "Hello Kaia, w-well yes I'm ok, It's just-" he said before taking a deep breath. "I- I just feel like something bad is coming," Vision said looking down. I took a deep breath and said "Don't worry Vision, nothing bad will happen," he looked at me and nodded.

It was very hard to convince myself that what Vision said wasn't right because Vision was almost always right. I sat back in my seat and let the thoughts fly away from my head. When we arrived at the tower there were Paparazzi outside, but we managed to get in the garage without anyone noticing.

"Alright guys, I'll see you tomorrow," said Fury. We all left the car and Nat put her arm around me as telling me everything was going to be ok. We took the elevator and waited there for a while. "Are we going to have dinner?" I said smiling, I mean it was almost 12. "Sure, let's order something," Nat said smiling.

We all got out of the elevator and waited for Nat to order. I went to my room to take a warm relaxing shower.

When I headed downstairs I stopped in the meeting room. I heard voices coming from the room so I opened the door to see Selene and Loki talking together. I looked at them and they didn't even know I was there. "Hi," I said to make the situation awkward. "What do you want Kaia?" Loki said looking annoyed.

"Ugh you were nice this morning, either way, dinner's here," I said, rolling my eyes. "Thanks!" I heard Selene say, but I was already on my way to the kitchen. Nat and Pietro were already waiting for us. I sat next to Nat to realize that Vision wasn't here.

"Where's Vision?" I asked. "He said he wasn't feeling good" I looked down on the floor worriedly and tried to shake off the negative energy. Loki and Selene soon came along and we started to eat. We played games and everyone laughed but what Vision said to me an hour ago was making me anxious.

"I'm going to go to bed guys!" I said getting up from my seat. Nat looked at me confused and then she said, "Ok, I'll go to your room later." I nodded and headed up to Vision's room. "Vision?" I said knocking on the door. "Come in!" he said.

He was sitting at the corner of his bed and looking down. "Are you still thinking about what you told me before?" I asked him resting my body on the door. "You know- It's been a long time I hadn't gotten this feeling, it's weird--" he stopped, "--It's about someone in the avengers," Vision said looking at me.

"Do you have any idea of who could it be?" I asked not to try to show panic. "I can't seem to see who it is, but if I do, I will tell you," Vision said smiling. "Thank you Vision, take care," I said, closing his door.

I went up 2 more floors to get into my room. I looked out of the room to see paparazzi still waiting in front of the Stark Tower. Who is the avenger, this avenger is probably in danger and I hope it's not any of the ones that are in the mission?

I never thought about how this person could be me, but I didn't think it would be me. I went to my bed and took my phone, "I need to call Wanda," I said dialing Tony's number.

"Hi Kaia," Tony said. "Hi- um this is important, I need to talk to Wanda," I said with some panic in my voice. "Uh sure- Wanda!" Tony screamed. "Kaia wants to talk to you," Tony said, handing the phone to Wanda.

"Hey girl, what's up?" she said with a confident look. "Something's going on," I said. "What?" Wanda said, confused. "I was talking to Vision before, and he said he felt like something bad was going to happen, to one of the avengers," I said. There was some silence in the call, "Listen, Kaia, don't think about it too much," Wanda said, sounding exhausted.

"Ok, I won't, thanks Wanda take care," I said hanging up. I took a deep breath and texted Bucky.

You: Hey Buck, how are you?

Bucky: Hey Kaia, I'm doing good with Steve and Sam.

You: What are you guys doing?
