I don't know if it is just me but if she looks like a scaled up cat standing on the grass then I am sorry for that as well.

Steps being>
1-Plan the leg, using a triangle for the foot and ankle

2-Using circles, place them where the toes should be

3-Use triangle tops for the toe knuckles and flipped (teardrops/isosceles triangle tops) for the talons

Then outline over the graphite with a pen that won't smudge when immediately erased over(I use 'Stabilo point 88 fine 0,4' pens)
