Yes Seawings have fish eyes, this is now my headcannon. Besides that, what if a Seawing had the anatomy of a eel? What if they had smaller arms and legs with a long body and tail. What if they looked like Chinese dragons with wings?

What if they had skin instead of scales that felt like a stingray and frills down both sides of their tails? What if their wings were just bone and cartilage? What if their horns were just cartilage?
