"Madam. I am really sorry but I need to leave. I have something important to catch up. I am really sorry." Saying that I took all my belongings and ran out of the class. I made my way to Cafeteria.

Shanaya's POV

I sat on my usual seat. I bought my phone out to only be bombarded with loads of messages from Veer asking me to say something. I smiled at this behaviour of his.

Me- Arey chillax I was in a class. It takes time to excuse yourself and come here in Cafeteria.

Veer-okay okay. I am sorry.😂

Me- You are so impatient, Veer.😑

Veer- That toh I am. By the way, you're coming to India?

Me- Not any soon. Like I'll take time. Where is your World cup this year?

Veer- Dubai.

Me- Again? Like last year also it was there.

Veer- I know. Might be it was good there so they kept it there again.

Me- Oh yeah cool.

Me- Veer about our previous talk. I'm sorry too. I overreacted. I shouldn't have overreacted. I am really sorry. Even I wish to see you. Even I want to meet you. Even I wish to hug you and never ever leave you. But.....

Veer- But..??

Me- You know it's difficult.

Veer- But if you wish for it. It might happen. Like only if you pray with all your heart. It's 11:10 here in Delhi. After a minute pray.

Veer- 11:11..

I joined my hands and closed my eyes. I prayed to stay with Veer and keep my Mom, Dad and Danny happy always.

Me- Done.!!

Me- I prayed with all my heart. If now we don't meet na..Then see..I'll never do this again...😑😕😣

Veer- Chill angry bird. I know it will be true. Don't worry xx.

Me- Why do you always have to be so sweet?

Veer-😂😂

Veer- Because God made me so..😂😂

Veer- You know all girls die for this sweetness. You're lucky I must say.

Me- Show off...

Me- I've not seen a man more self obsessed than you.

Me- Self-obsessed.😛😓

Veer- Whatever...😮

Me- Oh shut up mahn. Don't be so self-Obsessed. I have better things in life to do.

I saw my gang advancing towards the table. I waved at them and told hey as they made their way towards the table and settled.

Veer- You like Parker?

Me- Veer not again.

Veer- No..I mean seriously are you head over heals for him?

Me- No..I means yes.. I do adore him as a friend...Nothing more than that..

Veer-Okay. Cool.

Me- Veer, you know na...That I hate relationships.

While I was chatting Parker called my name.

"Yeah. You need something." I asked him.

"Do I need something to talk to you?" He asked.

"No. Obviously." I said.
Everyone at the table were now listening to our conversation. Parker seemed different...Upset ...I guess.

"What's wrong?" I asked.

"What's wrong with you, Sunshine." Leah intrepeted.

"Nothing is wrong with me." I said casually shrugging my shoulders. I could sense my phone vibrating constantly. I knew it was Veer.

I quickly texted him that I'll talk to him in a while.

"You are always on your phone Shanaya. Show me what's in there... Boyfriend?" Isha said with a naughty smile.

"Not that lucky girl. He's a friend." I said.

"He? A guy?" Parker asked.

"Yes. He is my best..No bestest friend." I said with a smile.

"I see." Parker muttered.

"I want to read your chats." Isha muttered and snatched my phone.

"Isha no...No...Give it back Isha." I tried taking it back but my efforts went in vain as she successfully unlocked my phone. Being closest to me in the group. She knew quite a more of me than others. She started scrolling down my phone and had a smile plastered on her lips throughout. I know your talks are cute but they aren't meant to be read by all. I just shrugged and sat on my seat. Parker was sitting just besides me.

To be honest. I do like Parker. As a friend or may be more. But I do like him a lot. He is someone who I think I can trust. I feel related to him.

"What!? Stop staring." Parker said with a smirk.

My cheeks flushed in embarrassment.
I looked done and tugged a strap of hair behind my ears. He does have an effect on me.

Parker Adams is the most popular guy in Uni. All girls are already head over heals for him. And Parker himself isn't innocent at all. When girls throw themselves at him. He gladly takes it and flirts back. He might have even fucked many.

"Sorry..." I said in a whisper.

" It's okay if you stare. I know I'm irresistible." He smirked again.

"Another self-obsessed guy." I muttered under my breathe but unfortunately he heard.

"Another? Whose the first one then?" Parker asked.

"Veer... I mean Virat. My best friend." I smiled.

"Oh! So even he is self-obsessed​. I would love to meet him. He'll be a great company." Parker said. Unlike Virat, Parker never complained of me being so close to Veer. Might be because Veer is more close to me and understands me well.

"Indeed." I said.

"Take your phone, girl. And you guys are way too cute. You must date him." Isha said handing me my phone.

"Nah! I hate relationships." I said throwing my hands up. Leah, Jones and Sue were having certain conversation but now even they joined us.

"Why? Like all girls love relationships. Look at Sue, she gets in and out of them every two weeks." Jones said earning a laughter from all us and a smack from Sue.

"I don't get in relationships every two weeks. Get that ,you idiot." She huffed.

"You talk about Sue, look at Leah..I guess he is fallen in love with someone again.....For a day..." Isha said and another round of laughter broke. Leah was currently staring at a new brute in Uni. She was pretty indeed but looked slutty, to be honest.
"That's true...I agree." I said between my laughter.

"Leah is someone who falls in Love with every another girl. Not to mention..."True Love"...As he says." Parker said.

"I can't help it if my heart is too huge to occupy so many people at once." Leah defended himself.

"Oh shut up, you little piece of shit." Sue said.

"You know what's the difference between you and a bucket full of shit..? The bucket." I muttered and all laughed holding their stomach. Leah stood and came towards me.

"You hurt me. Those words were rude." He said advancing towards me. I knew he was going to tickle me so I ran to the opposite side. He was behind me. From one table to another, we were running , dropping food of every student on our way. I was laughing and running. Leah was just behind me. I being an athlete was a very fast runner so catching me was indeed difficult. We kept on running when I came to our table and stopped.

"Okay done. I am sorry. HAPPY?" I asked.

"Very happy. But you've earned this." Saying that Leah started tickling me.
I jumped here and there laughing my ass out.

All people in the cafeteria were looking at us. Some were eyeing. Some chose to ignore while most of them were laughing at our Tom and Jerry fight. Finally, after what seemed like eternity, Leah stopped.

" I hate you, Leah." I said to him.

"I love you too, Shanaya." He smirked.

With that we all had another round of laughter. This was so blissful to be surrounded my people with same mental disorder like you.
