"I am an insomnia. Like I can sleep only in the arms of one I love. After my parents death and the incident that happened with Mahi, I couldn't sleep. I was very young when all this happened. So now I am scared that if I close my eyes, I would lose one more person I love. So I need someone whom I love to make me sleep. "She confessed but pulled out her tongue when she realised how her last sentence sounded. When she pulled out her big tongue, due to proximity it touched my chin. Sending shivers down my spine. I immediately jumped besides her and sat on her bed. I took her in my arms and said, "I am there for you always & forever. "

Saying that we both drifted off to sleep.
Shanaya's POV.

I woke up only to find Veer sleeping in the most uncomfortable manner. I got out his grip making sure he doesn't wake up. I made him sleep comfortably and placed the duvet over him. He cuddled with the duvet making me chuckle. I looked at the time and it was 11:53am. It's late. Shoot! Why didn't Mahi wake me up. He usually does that. Anyways I called Danny.

"Ah!why do you have to call me so early ya?" He said irritated.

"Wake up you sleepy head. It's 12:00 already."I said.

"Oh goodness. How did I sleep so much?" He was annoyed.

"Cause you were awake all night." I said laughing.

"Shut up. We didn't do any such things except kissing and cuddling." He said.

"When did I say that you were doing something other than cuddling and kissing." I smirked mentally.

"Stop it. You such a tease. "He blushed. I know he did that.

"Okay okay. Now listen. Actually last night.. Virat and me ..like we we're together. "I fumbled with word. Not getting the right set of words.

"What the hell? "He almost yelled.

"Ahh! Stop yelling. I just couldn't get the right set of words. We were together means.. We were.. Agh! I'll tell you everything when we meet. Now the problem is Veer is sleeping on my bed. How the hell should I get him out. At night there was no one down my room. But now there are almost 3 security guards. What should I do? "I asked.

"Okay. Get him out from the front door. Make him wear that burka and get him out. Burka is there in the second drawer of your cupboard. Got ya? "He planned.

"It's gonna be difficult. "I said softly.

"You should have taught that before letting him in. Now that you've done that so get him out soon. Danielle and me are waiting. Come soon. "He said.

"Ya bye." Saying that I cut the call and completed my morning chores.

I saw Virat sleeping very peacefully. I smiled at that beautiful site. I went near him and admired him. He is so handsome. His features are just so amazing.

"Get up, Veer. It's late already. "I shaked him a bit. He groaned and moved to the other side. I jumped on the bed and shook him hard.

He woke up, finally. After trying so much.

"What's the time? "He asked sleepily.

"12:15 approximately. "I said.

"Oh shoot! I have my Under 19 world cup practice at 1:30." He mumbled.

"Great. Sleep for another hour. Time is still there. "I replied sarcastically, rolling my eyes.

"Sorry, I know I am tough to handle but now you need to get used to me and my tantrums as I am not leaving you any sooner. Got ya? "He said sheepishly.

"Okay okay. Now get up soon. By the way you never told me that you are playing for under 19." I said as we got up from the bed.

"Yeah. I am captaining the group and this year we have the world cup. So practises are on from today. "He told.

"Oh! Haye haye captain. You know right now, two Indian Team's Captain are present in my house. Ah! Mahi's house. "I said rolling my eyes in the last part.

"Look at me Shanaya. Make me a promise. Will you? "He asked sincerely. How could I deny those mesmerizing eyes.

"Okay. "I replied not sure about his question.

"You will listen to Mahendra bhai's explanation. Please. It's a promise. "He pleaded. What is he? He is thinking about me. A girl he met just a day ago. I was amazed.

"If it would be someone else I would have not payed any heed. But you aren't someone. I will talk to Mahi. "I said sincerely.

He smiled. I smiled. We smiled.

"Okay now you have to get out of this house or else you'll get late for your practice. "

"Yeah. Right. I'll get out of the window. "He said moving​ towards the window. I pulled him back.

"Wait you dumbo. Down, there are security guards. You'll be caught. "I said in a matter of fact tone.

He looked down.

"Yeah. There are quite a few. They weren't there during night. "He said.

"Yeah at night they don't stand down my room. There are here only during the day. "I said.

"Oh. Now what. How am I supposed to even get out of here. I can't get late for my practice. Oh shit! "He panicked.

"Stop panicking. You should have thought about that before entering my room last night. "I said teasingly.

"Sorry. You went off angrily. I couldn't see you annoyed at me. So I decided to.. I didn't even had your number. You know! "He said in a baby tone.

He looked hella cute. Aww! Veer!

"I wasn't angry but upset. You thought about me like.. You know.. I didn't expect that. "I said getting the burka out. As soon as I turned around I saw Veer holding his hands to his ears making a puppy dog face.

"Hey! It's okay. I don't take things to my heart. Chillax buddy. "I said sincerely patting his back.

"Yeah! "He beamed.

"Okay so now wear this. "I said handing over the burka to him.
His expression changed to a comic one.

"You're kidding right. "He said chuckling.

"No Veer, I am damn serious. "I said.

"You can't be. I am not wearing this. "He declared.

"Okay then you can stay here all day long. I'm leaving. Goodbye. "Saying that I started walking toward the door. He pulled me back. His hands on either sides of my shoulders.

"No yaar. Okay fine I am wearing that. "Saying that he went to the bathroom.
"What the hell I look so girly. "He said coming out of the bathroom. He was actually looking very funny. I suppressed my laughter. Not being able to control anymore I broke into fits of laughter.

"Stop laughing yaa. "He said making a puppy dog face.

"Okay. Let's head down. "I said.

I went down and took Chachu and Chachi's blessings. Veer was close behind me.

"Who is she? "Mahi asked.

"None of your concern. "I replied coldly. I know that was really rude. Veer nudged me from behind indicating to say sorry.

I looked at Mahi. He looked hurt. Oh I am so sorry bhai.

"Sorry. "I replied emotionless.

He looked at me stunned. He wasn't expecting it. I rolled my eyes.

"Chachu, Chachi. Meet her my friend Veer... Ahh Veera. "I said.

"Oh. Hello nice to meet you child. "Chachu said with a soft smile.

"Nice to meet you. When did she enter Nayu?"Chachi asked.

"Chachi, actually she wanted some advice regarding​ life and all so I asked her to come. She came at midnight. Along with her brother. " I felt guilty. I was lying.

"Alright beta. Come let's have breakfast. "Chachu said.

"No Chachu, I'll have it at his...her place. Bye." With that I kissed their cheeks.

Veer and I reached the door. I turned back came next to Mahi and hugged him tight and whispered a quick bye. I know he was smiling. I practically ran outside pulling Veer along.

"Thank you. "I said.

"For what? "Veer asked.

"For making me understand that I was wrong and should talk to Bhai. "I smiled. He smiled back.

"You don't need to thank. Friendship mein no Thank you no Sorry. "He said dramatically.

"Sooo much drama. "I practically rolled my eyes.

"Aw.. I need to get out of this burka, yaa. "He complained.
I laughed aloud.

We sat in the car and that's when he removed his burka, making me laugh again.

"What? Stop laughing! "He winced.

"You are sooo cute. "I said whilst pulling his cheeks.

"Whatever. "He mumbled making me chuckle.

"I'll drive. "I demanded.

"No way I am letting you drive my Audi R8. This is my baby. "He opposed.

"Please Veer. Please. I always wanted to drive Audi, please na. "I made the best puppy dog face. And he easily fell for it.

"Whatever. But you owe me. "He said while coming out of the car. We quickly exchanged seats.

I smirked looking at Virat.

"Are you ready to have some fun? "My smirk just grew bigger.

Virat gave me a you-can't-be-serious look.

"Woahh..!! Let's go. "I exclaimed.
