Rough
Thursday, March 8th, 2018
So, yesterday was a long day and I didn't have the motivation to update by the end of it. There were so many things that I just got really annoyed with and I don't know why.
Today started off with three appointments. After that I discovered that my favorite coffee shop closed. So it started off pretty bad. It only got worse when I was always busy with school work. One of my teachers pulled me aside because it apparently looked like I was crying. I just told her that there were a bunch of little things that were happening that made me feel a little down. Next to those things happening, I ended up choosing to skip soccer conditioning to focus on my schoolwork. At least I got a few things done that I needed to complete. I really hope things get better for me. These past few days I really didn't want my bad mood to get to others but they still noticed.
So, with all of this my question for you is how do you find ways to think positively when you're just having a hard time feeling good? Normally, I would watch YouTube or talk to my best friend, but I couldn't do those things today because I had to take time to complete my school work.
