SEX!!!

Wednesday, January 25th, 2017

Of the title of this update is not clickbait, I do not know what is.
As I stated last week, my church is different from others. Today marks the third time I have heard the sex talk from my youth pastor. Every time I hear it, it gets better. I will not be going into full detail about it but I am very open about those conversations. If you are curious about my stance on this issue or are seeking advice about it, feel free to ask me. I am also sure you can talk to @theromanticdramageek because me and her had a nice conversation about our view on it earlier tonight. No matter what you have been through I will treat you the same way as anyone else so do not hesitate to ask.

Happy birthday to Jake Roper and my friend Sean Hurley. Sean is the morning show host of my favorite radio station and I listen to him and his work partner, Stace. You can listen to the station anytime through their app or their website. Search Power 88.3 and you should be able to find it. I am sure you will like the music they play (Skillet, Owl City, Twenty One Pilots, to name a few).

Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms. If anyone speaks, they should do so as one who speaks the very words of God. If anyone serves, they should do so with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To him be the glory and the power for ever and ever. Amen.
– 1 Peter 4:10-11 (NIV)

"

You have a unique gift that was given by God to serve others and make them more like Jesus. How can you know what gift you have? One way is to observe what irritates you. What may be easy for you may not be easy for others, and the irritation that you feel is a clue toward a skill that glorifies God. So don’t fall into criticism; use your gift as a faithful steward of God’s grace and bless those around you." -Dave Whitehead

The song of the day is Somewhere in Brooklyn by Bruno Mars. It has a place in Tin Brownie's origin story (and it might give more of a reason for @2AmGalaxies to ship HEvan). Check it out: @TheTITR

If you have any prayer requests please share. I would love to pray for you. Soar on, Eagle Army!
