I was waiting to leave for church and had this small conversation with @SideMint before leaving.

After church I spent time at my youth pastor's house like I do every first Sunday of each month. My friends brought Halo and we even played some Call of Duty. I found out I am actually good for a beginner. We even got our female A youth pastor to play and she had fun as well.
I tried the limited edition Peep's Oreos and I must admit that they taste like a more sugary Oreo. It depends on your taste though. Some people really, really like it or really dislike it.

Isaiah was facing a time when Israel was divided by civil war and was about to be conquered by Assyria. Yet Isaiah can speak of having strength renewed and endurance that will carry the people of God through all of the pain that they are about to face. This tells us that our perspective can change even when our circumstance won’t change at all.
