After countless doodles on my book the clock finally chimed signalling it was time for lunch, I grabbed my books and my pencils and stuffed them into my bag.
        As I were walking into the hall I realised, I don't even know where the cafeteria was- and to help that I didn't even have any friends to show me. GREAT! (Note the sarcasm) after many awkward encounters I finally found a teacher who was kind enough to walk me to the cafeteria.
         Walking through the doors I noticed I were late to lunch explaining all of the stares and whispers from the other kids. But of course,
"MISS ANDERSON!! Late again are we?" The same teacher from my class growled at me, sending me death glares.
"Sorry miss it won't happen again" I explained sighing, you may think I'm all sassy and bad but in reality I don't actually WANT to get in trouble so I decided I'll just do what the teachers say until my dad moves again so I'll transfer to somewhere else. I mean, how long could that be?
I walked over to a table ignoring all of the whispers and sat next to a girl who looked a bit lonely. She had brown short hair in the style of a pixy cut and lime green eyes to compliment the freckles on her olive face.
"Hi?" I asked the girl, I at least want to try to make friends.
She turned to me with wide eyes, almost as if she wasn't expecting me to talk to her. "Hi!" She said excitedly back. Wow, this girl is happy isn't she?
"So...what's your name I guess?" I asked trying to keep the convosation going; I'm not very good in social situations as you can see.
"My names Evelyn, Evelyn Reese" she said quoting James Bond pretending to do an invisible hair flick.
     "Cool, my names maci, hey I don't actually have very many friends here so do you want to hang out after school?" I asked- confidence suddenly bursting out in me. To be honest I don't even know where all this confidence came from, normally I'm socially inept so this was a big deal for me.
        "Sure can't wait!" She said beaming then returning to her food.  We then talked all day about countless things; turned out she was in all of my other classes so that was a plus!
    Hey, I think I might actually have a friend here.

Hey guys! Sorry I was gone for soooo long! I promise it won't happen again, I just had a lot of stuff going on and to top that off I just procrastinated and procrastinated until I had nothing left to do so thanks for reading and I'll post another chapter next time I can be bothered! :D
