Hi guys. After a while of uncertainty, I've decided to discontinue this book series.

There are ultimately a lot of things that went into this— school coming back, my lack of motivation, the unhealthy stalking of my page for notifications, my continued pursuit of story I'm just not interested in continuing any more. All things that led to my eventual long lasting burnout.

To put it in the most logical and concise way possible; I'm sorry. This is kind of my fault for promising so much, and without rambling, being such a liar. I've made a lot of false promises from behind a screen, and not because I thought I could keep them, but to keep the audience that was ultimately my reason for being here anyways.

I'm not blaming anyone but myself for this. I thought I was a self-sufficient creator who wanted to do these things, but in the end, funnily enough, I don't know what I want to do. Should I draw? Should I write? Should I animate? Post a comic? Create a game? Make an interactive story? 

Just one year in my creative journey, and I'm pushed and pulled, mostly by myself. It was kind of foolish to nosedive right in, I'll admit, but with all the novelty coursing through me in that moment... it seemed like the only real option.

But! In reality, what does this mean for you all? What should you expect from me in the future? 

Well, it's true this silly sequel will be discontinued. However, I'll be leaving up everything I've written thus far. I may or may not continue Through Darkness and Dread (I sure hope I do 👀) but that depends very heavily on how I want to continue in the future. 

But, there is a piece of good news in all this! I'll be posting my chapter notes in the next chapter.
