Y/N POV:

It's been two days since Lucy and I became a thing. Honesty, it's the greatest thing that's ever happened to me. Anyway, Mr. Keeps finally got the jetpack upgrade, and the first thing I did when I heard the news was head straight there. I then went rushing back to the house and went into my room to put it on.

Sweezy: Woah, dude, where's the fire?

Y/N: The jetpack is finally here.

Kenny: For real? Awesome!

Gus: About time.

Scarlet: It's been days. This seriously put us behidn schedule. Well put it on and let's go test it.

I do so and put on the new suit. I move around in it and it feels pretty comfortable. Looking at myself in the mirror was also pretty nice. I then grab the Gatlians and go outside to test it. I first use it to get onto the roof and it was amazing. An actual jetpack! This was still just an idea back on Earth.

Kenny: Yeah, this rules! The first human to be having an actual jetpack. Bet you can't wait to tell all the other humans when we free them from whatever horrors they are being subjected to by the G3.

Y/N: You really know what to say to a guy, Kenny.

Scarlet: That was sarcasm in case you didn't understand it.

Kenny: Sorry.

We hear yelling in the house and I know two people who are causing it.

Y/N: Oh great, another Lucy, Gene argument. Wonder what it is this time.

I get back on the gorund and go through the door. I walk into the living room with Gene and Lucy arguing while Yuri is just watching.

Lucy: Gene, for the 25th freaking time, clean up after yourself! And stop having Yuri clean up your messes, you keep taking her for granted.

Gene: I'm not taking her for granted. And I never asked her to clean up my messes, she does them voluntarily.

Yuri: I like cleaning and I was mostly responsible for it back home.

Lucy: Yuri, this is between me and Gene, and don't feel like you have to be respnsible for the thigns that he's supposed to take care of. This piece of garbage should know at least to do things around the place he's living in if he really wants to stay there.

Gene: Hey, I'm doing things. I kickstarted the kid's training and career as a full-fledge bounty hunter. And I'm going to teach Yuri how to do business with other people.

Yuri: And later he's going to talk to me on what I should do with a boy I liked in my school.

Lucy: Excuse me? I am not about to let a degenerate piece of filth school you on life decisions.

Gene: The fact that I'm a degenerate piece of filth is exactly why I should school her on life decisions. I know better than anyone what not to do.

Lucy: Oh my god, I thought you couldn't get any more pathetic, but I was wrong.

Gene: Well at least I have enough standards to want Yuri to avoid ending up in a bad crowd and ending up in unholy fuckin' activites and ends up dead or in the hands of a twisted, fucked up pedophile.

Y/N: Okay, can we pause this whole thing right here, please?

Gene: (Sigh) Okay, sure, why not?

Lucy: A little discipline wouldn't hurt him. Yuri, go back to your room.

Yuri: O-okay. Good luck, Y/N.

Yuri walks away and goes to her room. Lucy looks puts her hand on her face out of annoyance.

Gene: Kid, sorry to... drag you into all that. Anyway, our nice little arrangement with Clugg is payin' off. They sent us intel on two new bounties! So I reccomend going after the Skrendel Brothers next. They run Skrendel Labs on Zephyr Paradise. And I have a good hunch that's place is full of humans that they plan to clone and breed to make sure their supply doesn't completely die out. So it's the perfect place to test out that new device Clugg got you.

Lucy: (Sigh) If you really think taking on the G3 is the only way to free your people, I won't stop you. But if you get hurt, that's when I'm going back to my previous statement.

Y/N: I know. I'll be careful.

I go up to the Bounty 5K and place my hand on the screen. I see the bounty for the Skrendel Brothers and initiate it. A portal opens and I go through it. I find myself back on Zephyr Paradise and had to deal with a swarm of Mytes real quick.

Y/N: What's with these Mytes?

Kenny: Don't worry about them. Just kill the shit out of them.

Gus: Yeah, they're just as bad as Greebles.

Sweezy: Alright Scarlet, where do we go?

Scarlet: Scanning... I found a route to Skrendel Labs, and the jetpack is needed to traverse the terrain.

Y/N: Alright, let's get hunting.

We travel through the Mushroom Valley and managed to get through it thanks to Knifey's teather ability, Gus' discs, and my new jetpack. We come across a bunch of fans and I use Sweezy's Time Bubble on them to get pass them. We continue our way to the labs and end up having a run in with G3 snipers. I take cover to get out of their line of sight.

Y/N: They got snipers too?!

Kenny: Well a cartel would have to have some support fire from a distance. You know, to make it easier for their troops to fight enemies.

Sweezy: They're using zombified Gatlians to shoot us, and you're supporting this?

Kenny: I'm not supporting this, I was jsut stating the obvious. Can we forget about this one conversation, please?

Scarlet: Agreed, because we won't progress any further until the snipers are dealt with.

I get out of cover and headshot a sniper with Kenny. I then use Gus' disc to bounce off the walls and rocks until it bisects another sniper. I then use the power slide to reach to the other sniper and kill him with Knifey.

Knifey: Eagle eye my ass! It's no different from the rest of those unibrowed fuckers.

Y/N: I think I see a checkpoint of some sort.

Scarlet: That's the enterance to Skrendel labs. We better get there soon.

I nod and run toward the chekpoint. We are now closer to killing the Skrendel Brothers.

Back at Blim City

Yuri POV:

I was in my room and on my phone talking to some publisher on the planet Norma. He caught onto my articles and is interested in talking to me. Gene kinda told him about my number, but that's okay. It's kind of a dream of mine to write a book one day.

Publisher: So Ms. Yagami, Norma Elite Books has become amazed by your articles and were wondering if you are interested in perhaps turning them into a dull-fledged book. I am sure it could bring you both a respectable amount of recognition and perhaps inspire future writers.

Yuri: Hmm, well, I do have a great source of inspiration. And also know a guy that would love for me to jump at a chance such as this. Also, It's kind of a dream to be able to write my own book.

Publisher: Excellent. But NEB does respect writers and their works, current and future. So write your book and we'll take a look at it. If it shows promise, I can see a bright future ahead of you.

Yuri: You got it.

Publisher: We look foward to talking with you again, Yuri Yagami.

They hang up and I put my phone on my desk. I can't believe I got a call from a publisher, and a famous one at that. I should talk to Gene. I know Lucy doesn't want me to be near him, but he has been helping us in his own way. At least he trying to be better, unlike my Dad. I get off my chair and go to the living room to find Gene watching TV.

Yuri: Hi Gene. Watcha wathcing?

Gene: The News, apparently the Norman High Council has deemed a city called Cutie Town completely worthess and evicted all the residents for renovations. And by renovations, I mean the just filled in the hole that has been taking up a part of a street for weeks.

The TV shows a cutie town inhabitant pulling a gun out and shooting himself.

Yuri: Oh my god, Gene. I can't believe people would do that on TV.

Lucy: Gene, what are you showing her.

Gene: Just a city being demolished and replaced by something of more value.

Lucy: If you show her anything inappropriate, I'll end you.

Gene: Yeesh. So need anything Yuri?

Yuri: I got a call from Norma Elite Books that became interested in my articles, and they said they would be interested in me writing a book.

Gene: NEB asked you to write a book? Yuri, take the damn deal. They pay good money to any book that has potential. What's your story going to be about?

Yuri: Hmm, well, I was thinking about making a book about my experiences with my brother and his mission to take down the G3 and save our planet.

Gene: Then get to writing. I'm actually interested in reading your brother's adventures on paper. I mean, I'm sure you'd mention that good ol' Gene Zaroothian took an important part in his mission. But, you know what, just follow your heart Yuri. Or, how many hearts your species have.

Yuri: One. Unless there was a mutation, which would be very bad. I'm going to get to writing. Thanks Gene.

Gene: Don't mention it, kid.

I go to my room and turn on my computer. I get to writing the book and the first thing I need to do is write a title for it. I mean, I could just it "Aliens Came to Enslave My Species As Drugs, and My Brother Became A Bounty To Stop Them", but that's just to wordy. "My Brother and I In Space"? Maybe something else. I then remember a time I was with Y/N in America and attending a class with him for a day. It was about awarness for harmful substances and how no one should use it.

I've always looked up to my brother and saw him as a champion. I then have a great title for the book. I start typing and I've officially written the title.

Yuri: "Winners Don't Do Drugs".

Back on Zephyr Paradise

Y/N POV:

So, sneaking into Skrendel Labs is not an option any more since the alarm was set off and we are about to have some company. But it's only one elevator and the G3 soldiers msut be packed in there. The elevator opens and the G3 reveal themselves. I use Sweezy's Time Bubble on them and fire her crystals. I then Fire Kenny's Glob Shot and it detonates with the crystals, killing the G3. I walk into the elevator and it goes up

Sweezy: Thank god it's just one elevator we have to take up and not multiple elevators that move and stop at different levels. That would have been stupid.

Kenny: It's a story about a game, there are going to be differences between the two.

Scarlet: Focus everyone, we got a welcoming party waiting for us.

Gus: Then lets kill these bastards.

The elevator opens and I fire Gus' disc to slice through a bunch of the G3. I then equip Kenny and Sweezy and fire them at the Merks and Cyclops. They were putting up a fight with the zombified Gatlians that they had, but the Gatlians I have still have multiple tricks up their sleeves.

Kenny: This is for Gatlus, you G3 scum!

Sweezy: Taste my deadly crystals, Fuckers!

Scarlet: Hacking into the fans.

Scarlet gets into the fans and reverses their rotation to suck the G3 in.

Gus: Scarlet, you make a mean G3 Puree.

Scarlet: It's not for eating, so stay away from it.

I walk through through the labs and see dead humans in several tanks. It's obvious that the G3 are doing experiments on them. My god, this is just beyond fucked up. I know Humanity wasn't the most perfect race, but they didn't deserve this. I then hear someone shouting in pain.

???: OW! OW! OW! OOOOWWWWW!!!

Y/N: Someone's yelling.

Scarlet: It's coming from the Weapons Lab. Its locked, but there's a terminal in the room right next to it that you can use.

I see a bunch of stairs next to the Weapons Lab and walk up it. It leads to a lab that is a complete mess. Whoever works in this is a slob. I see a button and push it, which causes the screens next to it to say "Weapons Lab Unlocked". All that's left is to go to the Weapons Lab, but I see a communicator that looks interesting. I push a button and it plays a message sent by Dr. Gurgula who is discussing about the shipments of humans. What the hell does this guy want with Humans?

I then ran down the stairs and entered the weapons lab. I see several Gatlians that have been killed and experimented on by the G3.

Kenny: Oh my god, are these all dead Gatlians?

Sweezy: This is fucked up.

Gus: They're messing with them more then they already did.

I then look to the source of the screaming and see a Gatlian being poked and prodded by a machine with needles. They look like they got messed up good, but it's not right to leave them there. I go up to the machine and pull the Gatlian out of it. I see a hole in the Gatlian and put my hand into it because I assume that's where their trigger is. I pull out the inhibitor chip and allow the Gatlian to talk.

???: Oh, hey! You look nice. My name's Creature. The bad guys did experiments on me and fucked me up real bad, in basically every way you can imagine.

Kenny: Holy shit, am I glad to see another Gatlian alive in here. Are there any others?

Creature: Oh my god! Yes! There's so many! Oh, but, unless you meant alive, then no.

Sweezy: These Fucking G3 bastards.

Gus: Creature, were takin' on the cartel! You want IN?

Creature: Aw, no no no, they take good care of me... holding me against my will, cuttin' me open, doing experiments on me... okay, you know what? Saying it out loud, I think they might actually be bad. I'm part of your team now!

Kenny: Hell yeah! Welcome aboard... uh, Creature? That-that's your name?

Creature: I guess so.

Y/N: Damn G3 experiments must have caused you to lose your memory. Let's kill the Skrendels and get the fuck out of this place.

I look at the door and see that it locked automatically. Of course.

Creature: Don't worry, we can get out of this. I can give birth to little freaks that can disable the door lock.

I fire Creature and he pops out a weird, tiny alien that climbs into what was powering the door and blows up in it, which unlocks the door.

Y/N: Creature, what weapon were you before the G3 Experimented on you?

Creature: No clue. I don't remember anything other than being stabbed by needles and put in cages.

Scarlet: You have a chance to get even with them Creature. We're close to Jonathan Skrendel. He's jsut across the river that divides this part of the lab to the rest of the complex.

We make our way and enter a room where the G3 have zombified Gatlians grafted onto their arms. I use the Gatlians to kill all of them and use Creature's Hypno Child to force a Merk to open the door for us. I use Knifey to slide across a cable leading across the river and see more G3 waiting for us. I pull out the Gatlians and fire on them. Kenny's shots, Sweezy's crystals, Gus' pellets, and Creatures' kids allow us to kill them.

I then see several humans locked in cages and see this as the perfect change to try my new device on them. I push a button on my Warp device and the humans are teleported to a palce away from the labs.

Kenny: Finally, a politician who actually gives a shit.

I run to the door that leads to an arena and see Joanthan Skrendel waiting for us

Jonathan: I'm Jonathan Fucking Skrendel, AKA da Hot Skrendel Brother! Up yours!

Y/N: You're going to die you sick bastard!

Jonathan jumps down and we begin fighting him. Joanthan jumps and slams into the ground and creates shockwaves of slime that try to hit us. But the jetpack upgrade helps us greatly in avoiding them. When Jonathan stops to catch his breath, I use Sweezy's time bubble on him before firing Creature's Hypno child at him. Then I fire the rest of his children and they attack Jonathan as he is literally hitting himself.

Knifey: John, why the fuck are ya hitting yourself? HAHA!

Jonathan breaks out of the trance and attacks us. We kept up the same tactics of avoiding his shockwaves and shooting him. Eventually, Jonathan decides to escape the arena, after realizing that we were a lot stronger than we looked.

Y/N: Get back here you son of a bitch!

I run to where he was heading and see him enter a portal door that leads to the rest of the labs. I enter it and see many G3 wearing power armor and waiting for us. They fired volleys and charged in legions, but a mass of coincidentally places barrels where there to be shot at. I fire at the barrels and kill the G3.

Y/N: They seriously though it was a good idea to palce all those epxlosive barrels in one area?

I continue my way through the labs and save every single human I come across. I come across Angela Skrendel, but he runs into a processing plant when he sees me. I go to the plant and see him waiting for me.

Y/N: You can't run you bastard.

Angela: I wasn't running.

Y/N: You literally ran into this when you saw me.

Angel: Whatever! Fuck you, Bounty Hunter!

Another fight begins with a Skrendel brother and he uses the mouth he has for a lower torso to literally hurl many slime shots at me. He also sends a bunch of melee Merks to weaken me, but I shoot them before they even get near me. Angel charges, but I use the jetpack to avoid him. It's a repeated cycle of dodgin, jumping, and shooting just like I did with Jonathan. I eventually manage to injure Angela and cause him to flee.

Angela: See you later, Fucker!

Y/N: Get back here!

Scarlet: Mona Skrendel is in the arena across the ravine. All the other Skrendel brothers are heading there. This may be our only chance to kill them all at once.

I nod and leave the facility. I use knifey on the cable leading to the other side and use Kenny to open the fan flowers in out way. We end up in front of the final arena where Mona Skrendel is waiting for us.

Mona: Wy, what da? Are you the one that's been causin' a big hub-bub aroudn here? Fuck you!

I enter the area and fight Mona Skrendel. His attacks is literally just charging at us and bouncing off the walls. Okay, he does do some twirling attack, but come on, every kid has an attack like that. Sweezy was all I need to beat him.

Sweezy: We literally beat you in three minutes. Are you sure you're tough?

Kenny: Yeah, that was way too easy.

Mona: I ain't done yet.

Mona runs and meets with the other Skrendel Brothers that we fought.

Skrendel Brothers: True form! Bro-Tron, assemble!

The Skrendel Brothers hop on top of each other and combine to fight us. This form was an amalgamation of their attacks. High shockwaves, multiple twisters, and chargin at us from their sides.

Y/N: Bring it on!

The Skrendel Brothers attack and I constantly shoot and dodge them. How the hell can the three of them amplify their abilities together? They're organic aliens. No matter, I got a job to do. These three are going down!

We battle and I have to shoot them in order to weaken and seperate them. I first kill Jonathan during the seperation. the others combine again and they attack, but still are weakened from the loss of their brother. I dodge and shoot them again until they seperate and I kill Angela. Mona is all that's left. I use all the Gatlians to shoot and kill him.

Y/N: And that's the end of the infamous Skrendel Bros.

I pull out Knifey and collect DNA from each of the Skrendels.

Knifey: I never thought I'd say this, but I'm fully sated now. I'm actually very full.

Y/N: Let's go home.

Suddenly, Garmantuous appears on the screens in the arena and tells us we fucked up for taking on his cartel. He also reveals that he set up his new base on Earth and we can't get there without the coordinates. Garmantuous says he looks foward to fighting us so he can kill us horribly. What a dickbag.

I punch in the return code in my warp device and head back to the house. I see Gene and Yuri wathcing TV as usual.

Yuri: Why did he name his restaurant "Hungry Flak's" if he only has Red Pop. Shouldn't he call it "Thirsty Flak's"?

Gene: Maybe, but some people don't see the obvious like you do. A lot of aliens in the galaxy aren't higher levels of intelligence at you think.

Yuri: Oh, Big Brother! You came back!

Gene: God, you're really on fire, aren't ya? Obviously you're not as good at bounty hunting as I used to be, but hey... I'm glorpy enough to admit you're doin' pretty damn well. Turn in that bounty.

I go to the Bounty 5K and turn in the Skrendel Bros' DNA. Yuri goes to the kitchen and Gene has something he wants to tell me

Gene: Hey, uhh... I actually wanted to run somethin' by you. How would you feel about me... maybe fixin' up my old bounty hunting ads? Maybe putting you in them to drum up business? I mean, my name will still be bigger than yours in the logo, but we'd be stupid not to capitalize on your growing reputation! And I know you promised Lucy that you'd go back to being normal, but it doesn't have to be right after killing Gramantuous. It'd just something you keep doing for a little while to save up on money. You know, so you don't have to worry about college funds and whatnot.

Yuri: Gene, we're out of Frendel-O's. Should I buy more?

Gene: Sure, go ahead.

Lucy walks into the living room groaning in annoyance.

Lucy: Gene, you got a hover chair. Go buy more food yourself.

Gene: Come on Lucy, Yuri is old enough to go to place on her own. And besides, there's a grocery story right behind Mr. Keeps. She's not going too far. Besides, we need more Frendel-O's.

Lucy: Yuri is the one who bought those Frendel-O's, just like she bought every other groceries in this house before I moved in. You ate them in less than a day just like you eat all this damn takeout you keep ordering.

Yuri: I have to go to the grocery store anyway.

Lucy: Yuri, you're a good girl. But you don't need to put of with this piece of waste. I'll buy the groceries. Just stay in your room away from Gene.

Yuri doesn't say anything and just goes to her room. Lucy then leaves the house to buy more gorceries.

Gene: Well, that was to be expected. Why don't you talk to your sister for a bit then get back to bounty hunting? Can't wait to show you those new commercials!

I nod and go to my room. I take off my helment and Bounty Suit real quick to go talk to Yuri. I want to talk to her as her brother, not as the bounty hunter. I knock on the door and Yuri says I can come in. I open it and see Yuri on her phone. She plays a message from what appears to be one of her realtives.

Yuri's Relative: Yuri, I'm sorry that things have gotten rough for you. I know that this is insane, but maybe you shouldn't come back for a while. Why don't you move in with your brother and his dad? They'll understand. Again, We're sorry for how things turned out this way. We'll figure something out. Take care. Love you.

I sit down on Yuri's bed and look at her.

Y/N: Yuri.

Yuri: You want to know why I really came to your house?

I stay silent as I didn't know what to say.

Yuri: My dad's stopped speaking to me five years ago. And then he just started lashing out. Soon I found out he wasn't advancing in his company like he thought he would. The he started hanging out with a strange woman. Mom found out and she broke about. Like really, broke apart. Dad's comapny soon went under and my relatives decided that I should live with your family. That's why I came here. To move in.

Y/N: Yuri, I'm so sorry.

Yuri: Don't be. You are the only family I coudl turn to. Honestly, I hope my dad died in the invasion of Earth. But you, Gene, and Lucy. You're my family. And Gene is at least trying to be better. And he's not blaming others for his problems.

I hug Yuri who hugs me back tighter. I can tell that she doesn't anything to happen to me either. I don't blame her. I want to come back from this whole insane thing alive as well. I break off the hug and look at Yuri.

Y/N: Just three more targets, and we can get back Earth.

Yuri: Be careful, Y/N.

Y/N: I will.

I go my room and put back on my bounty suit, ready to take on the remaining G3 Officers.
