I think she can' t be a SkyWing, since she is not a good flier with those small wings. But she can be a Mudwing dragonet. Because she is a strong, tough and brave character.

And i think she can have fireproof scales because she is friend/apprentice of Rainbow Dash. I know, Buzzard is not a firescale dragon, but just to be safer :3
