This story is basically historical fiction.

I wouldn't have covered in detail about wars and the king's or places in the story so I am publishing this, where we will get an insight to the history especially about other characters. These are the facts where you can get in google or Wikipedia also.

Rajendran Cholan I - Son of the great Rajaraja Cholan. Conquer of many places. He captured land till Ganges and went sea routes to Kadaram (Malasiya). In South he went till Srilanka and got the crown which his ancestors where trying for past three generations.

Mahendra V - King in Illangai (Srilanka). His family had Pandiyans crown. So Cholans were trying to get hold of this crown from Illangai king. War started from Parantaka Cholan (Rajendran Cholan's grandfather) and continued by Rajaraja Cholan. None of them could capture the crown. Finally the crown was captured during Rajendran's reign. Rajaraja cholan waged war against Mahendra, and Mahendra lost the war so he escaped to Southern part of Srilanka. Again he was defeated by Rajendran Cholan and the crown was captured finally.

Pandiyans - Another legendary king family. Once they lost their crown to Illangai. They are rivals to Cholans.

Vandhiyadevan and Kundavi - Famous and favorite couple for Ponniyin Selvan readers. Vandhiyadean was a messenger and close friend of Adhithiya Cholan. Later he married Kundavi, sister of Adhithiya Cholan and Rajaraja Cholan.

Here in my story hero and heroine are Vandhiyadevan and Kundavi, but not the couple I mentioned above. It is like after one generation of those couple these both are born.

Now disclaimer part!!!

This is first time I writing this type of story. Apart from historical, this story is of something different. You will come to know when you read till end.

There might be many loopholes, but at the end you will know that all loopholes will be filled with the so called twist.

And one more thing, don't look for logic. I mean I tried it to be as realisticas possible, but yes it won't be logical. But what are books are for? I feel it is a stress buster. This is not some motivational book or some history book to be logical and be accurate. You will come to know why I am saying this when you read till end. I am saying all these because I know you will throw tomatoes and eggs at me after knowing this is not historical story but of something else.

Another thing, I don't have any grudges against war or kings. In fact I love history. If you know me so well then you would have also known that I am history lover especially a huge fan of Ponniyin Selvan book which is about Cholans. If I had a chance I might fly back to those times and live in those period. So no offense to them or their life style. This is just... What to say you will find it out.
