Glory's POV

We should've left them on the island. We showed them mercy and now look at where that's gotten us.

I don't know why I tried to save them. I risked the lives of my Tribe to save those traitors. They should be bowing down to us, worshipping us, serving us.

But no, we are now the slaves. Slaves of our own home.

Deathbringer says that I'm changing. It's because of those NightWings. He says I'm becoming more bitter.

I've led my Tribe to destruction. Most are dead and the ones who remain are servants. My friends are servants, even Fatespeaker, Starflight, and Deathbringer.

Someday, I will get my revenge. Someday, my Tribe shall rise out of the ashes. And destroy them.

Every last one of them.

Until there is nothing left but the memory of agonizing screams.
