Shoutout to @SKELETRON00771 for drawing my oc Dusk!

P.S Dreamsplitter is one of her oc's, not mine.

       As Fox Fur watched the hibiscus Rainwing trot over to Queen Thorn, shake her talons, and say something in her ear, she noticed that this Rainwing wasn't as brightly colored as the rest. He also was much more.....alert. That was weird. She had always been told that Rainwings were lazy fruit-eating sun frazzled lizards. Maybe the Rainwing wasn't as alert as Qibli had been in the Scorpion Den, but boy, he looked like a den of dragonbite vipers was hiding somewhere in this cave. Like calm down a little, would ya? Then a crowd of brown dragons suddenly crowded in, almost trampling the Rainwing in the process.

"Hey! The Rainwing protested, gingerly lifting his talons off the ground, "Be more careful!" as he set his talons down again, a wave of Nightwings  thundered through, and the Rainwing cried out in pain again as his talons were stepped on again  despite his attempts to make himself more noticeable. There was only one Nightwing that stepped around him shooting a timid smile at the Rainwing. Fox Fur noticed, with a gasp, that the Nightwings' horns had bright green stripes on them, his eyes were two different colors, and sizes, plus they were PINK and INDIGO! Like what?! And to add to the weirdness, there were rainbow splotches all over his neck and face. 

"H-hey H-Hibiscus," He said in a nervous stutter, looking down at his claws, which ALSO had rainbow stripes on them. " h-have y-you s-seen t-the library?" He said,turning suddenly to Fox Fur and Cactus. " Sorry, " He said, trying not to stutter, " my name is Dreamsplitter, what's yours?"

"Fox Fur." said Fox Fur.

"Cactus." Said Cactus. Hibiscus stifled a laugh. Dreamsplitter nodded, and said,

"Let me show you the library."  he beckoned to Fox Fur, Cactus, and Hibiscus, in a way that wasn't open to argument.

They obligingly followed.

As they did, Fox Fur peppered Dreamsplitter with questions, that he nervously answered.

"Are you a hybrid?" 

"No."

"Then why are you a semi-rainbow colored Nightwing?" 

"I was born a mutation."

"Oh. Does it hurt to move?"

"No."

"Is there anything else we should know about you?"

" I go insane when I'm put under pressure."

"Oh." 

They lapsed into silence after that.

"Um, there's the library...!" Hibiscus tried to break the awkward silence.

        As they walked into the library, Starflight poked his head around, and said............

Dusk: Not funny.

Me: YEEAH! Who are YOU?

Dusk: ...... YOUR OC

Dusk: YOU ARE SO STUPID

Me: Oh Yeahhhhhhhhhhh

Dusk:*snaps talons and disappears*

Me: .....
