The Lazulite Dragon is a dragon statue, but we never find out if it's Animus touched or not. If it was, what would the enchantment be? I recon it would be Animus touched to allow the user to control any dragon, hear their thoughts and see and hear what they see and hear. But the more you use the Lazulite Dragon, the more you cant see. AKA, it BURNS OUT YOUR EYEBALLS.
