(During book 14)

Wren sighed and went on a walk.  The dragon queens were talking and Wren was bored.  Sky was working on the human-dragon friendship project with Lynx, Winter, and a few others.  It wouldn't start yet, but they were planning.

A dark dragon landed in front of her, not seeing her.  Wren grinned as she recognized him, "Hey!  Murderbasket!"

He jumped and stared down at her, "my name isn't Murderbasket, it's Murderbasket!"

Wren rolled her eyes.

Murderbasket glared down at her, "I will let you know that I am now the most trusted advisor to Queen Glory of the rainforest dragons!"

Wren looked unimpressed, "you mean the one you tried to kill?"

Murderbasket spluttered for a second, "wha?  How did you- huh?"

Wren grinned, "I have my ways.  See you later Murderbasket ."
