Dragons roared from around the arena.

Justice kept a fair distance away from the icewing. His eyes glittered with fear, and hate. Justice let out a low growl, then seemingly turned invisible. The chains around their wings were the only giveaway. 

They walked around, then ran, making the icewing lose track of where they were. But the icewing retaliated by shooting frostbreath around the arena.

Then, they appeared behind him. Justice dug their claws into his neck, then snapped it. The blood pooled around their talons, the snap echoing in Justice's mind. Some skywings came down and brought Justice back up to their podium. The skywings cheered and applauded. It was sickening.

When they left, Justice laid down, and stared at their talons. So much had happened within the few months they were here. They were thin, and weak half of the time. The other half of the time, they were fed a decent amount, then forced to fight.

It was all the same. Icewings, then traitorous skywings. Occasionally, Justice was forced to fight mudwings, but it was rather rare. 

They heard screams ring out below them. A small nightwing and a few other dragons, such as a large icewing, a mudwing, and a sandwing all started to attack the surrounding dragons in the arena. 

Justice watched as the mudwing and sandwing started breathing fire at the skywings, while the icewing kept breathing frostbreath. The nightwing however didn't do anything other than fight with his talons.

Justice shook the chains, trying to catch his attention. Some skywing guards came forwards, and held Justice down, stopping them. 

The nightwing however, already noticed Justice's presence, and was there in a matter of seconds. He attacked the skywing guards and threw them off the pillars. 

"Everything's going to be okay... Everything's alright..." The nightwing kept mumbling. Justice could hear the panic in his voice. He got the chains off from Justice, however the chains left blisters. It hurt.

The nightwing had Justice flap their wings, then they flew out. They flew and they flew until they finally reached a mountain edge. "I'll be back." He mumbled. Justice nodded and sat down. 

Their eyes looked at their wings. They were swelled up, which wasn't that good.

It wasn't long until the nightwing showed up with the mudwing, icewing, and sandwing. But something else that confused Justice, was the presence of a large skywing.

Justice admittedly was scared. The icewing bowed towards Justice, and the mudwing ran over to remove the chains. "Oh no! This wont ever work! Your wings are heavily swelled and blistered! You also look thin! Oh, what have they done to you? Pigeon, sweetie, please bring them some food!" The mudwing told the skywing. The skywing nodded and flew off.

"I- who are you!?" Justice demanded once their muzzle was removed. Fear stayed in their eyes, as their scales turned to a mixture of reds and pale green. Justice stepped towards the nightwing, glaring at the others. "Oh, Justice, sorry about that! I- um- I'm sorry, I wasn't expecting you to react like this, but this was the better outcome!" The nightwing mumbled. 

Justice slowly nodded, then the icewing spoke. "I am Polar, it is a pleasure to meet you, Justice. Shadowsight had asked for us to help, so we agreed. The mudwing is Chicken, she's rather friendly, as for the sandwing, that's Snake. He's the dangerous one, but he wont harm you." 

Justice growled at him, then Shadowsight walked up to him and whispered something, to which, the icewing nodded.

Chicken walked up to Justice once more and pulled them aside. 

"Are you okay? Would you like to talk about what happened? If not, I completely understand. For now, you'll have to wait for Pigeon to arrive with the food." She asked. Justice slowly nodded, then Chicken called for Polar to come over.

Justice growled, and tried to get away, but the mudwing kept them in place. "Calm down sweetie, he's just going to help with the blisters and the swelling." Chicken explained. Justice didn't trust them yet sat down anyways. They were ready in case the icewing tried anything.

Polar sat down next to Justice and rested a talon on the wings. The cold radiating from him helped ease the pain, but Justice still had a hard trusting him.

The skywing- Pigeon arrived shortly. A few fruits in her talons. Justice backed away, and the skywing nodded, placing the fruit near Justice. "I'm sorry for what my tribe has done to you." The skywing mumbled. 

Polar nodded, which caused Justice to flinch as they had forgotten he was there.

"Ugh, can't we leave already? I have more important things to do! Let's just get them home, so I can get back to work." The sandwing hissed. Justice growled at the hostility, yet they were able to tell that Snake was just young, and probably doesn't know any better.

Shadowsight looked at Snake. "Not yet Justice needs to eat a-and I don't want them to be hungry on our way to the seashore." Shadowsight squeaked.

Snake rolled his eyes, and slammed his tail into the ground, barely missing Pigeon's talons. 

Justice took a deep breath, and tried clearing their mind, but all they could hear were the sounds of frostbreath, fire, screams, and the snapping of bones.

They started to panic, but Shadowsight started to say something else. 

"You need to eat." He grumbled. Justice nodded, and ate the fruit Pigeon got, assuming that it wasn't poisoned, especially since Shadowsight told them to eat it.

They finished eating and looked around. "S-so wh-why would we have to go to the, uh the... seashore?" Justice asked. "Oh, because a prince decided to help us!" Shadowsight grinned.
