Squirrel woke with a jump. She stared at the SandWings around her.

"We are the OutClaws!" One announced. "I am Scorpion. New leader of the OutClaws because of Queen Thorn becoming queen.

Bruniik looked Squirrel in the eyes then moved his eyes towards the door. It was open. He did the same to the rest of their friends. Bruniik tapped is claws and bolted out the door with Squirrel and their friends not far behind. Scorpion was chasing them. They flew through the air and out of no where, Rosa landed on Scorpion's head and quickly tied a strong rope around the SandWing's eyes.

Bruniik led the way back home. They flew and flew. They eventualy had to find an island to rest."This will be called Mulaag." Bruniik said. "It means Strength. This is our island."

Squirrel looked at the island. It was big with a large mountain covering all but a beach, small desert, and small forest.

They slept quickly and in the morning, they flew back home. They were only about five minutes away from home. When they got home they went to the Forest Kingdom.

The smell of decay flew up their snouts and they walked through dead bodies. Then, Squirrel recognized a dying dragoness. It was her mother, Cardinal. "MOM!" She cried, picking up her mother's claw.

"Squirrel?" Cardinal asked. "Why are you. OH! You are one of the legend dragonets. I'm so proud."

"Mom." Squirrel said. "Please don't die!"

"I'm sorry, Squirrel." She said. "I am dying. I never got to tell you. You are an animus. You have the rare power to control plants. And, you are gonna save us. And-and-I-I L-love you, my l-little Squirrel. Your father and I are proud. Goodbye." And after a long moment, Cardinal died. A tear streamed down Squirrel's face. She wanted revenge.
