~The next morning~

I woke up when I heard the door open. I sat up to find Percy already up tightly clutching a ball point pen.(where did he get that?) the door opened and in came the director.

Percy rolled his eyes "really Sunshine do we always have to start so early?"

She giggled "oh I'm not here for you." and with that five people were pushed into the room by Erasers.

"no" I whispered. It was the flock. They were thrown into the same cage as us. I was outraged, but not as much as Percy. He took one look at a crying Angle and then just went ballistic.

"And you call yourself human! All my life I have protected you from things that you can't even see! I've told myself over and over again every time I battled a monster and started to get tired that I had to keep going. The mortals needed me I told myself. Maybe I shouldn't have been protecting you from gods, titans, and giants. Maybe I should be protecting you from yourselves!" I had no idea what he was talking about but it seemed like the director did.

She smiled "well it's glad to see your settling in... Son of Poseidon.

At this Percy dropped his pen only to rush and pick it up holding it even tighter. "How do you know that?!" he yelled.

She smiled "oh dear cousin of course I know who you are. The great Percy Jackson defeated the Minotaur and Medusa all at age twelve. Defeated Lord Kronos. And stopped the second rise of Gea. All demigods know you."

"Cousin? You're a daughter of Apollo aren't you?"

"That I am only I know longer keep my faith in the gods I use science."

"Oh great now Zeus is gonna electrify both of us! You do relies he hates it when I fly right? And with these (he brought he wings out from behind his back) he's gonna freak."

She laughed "well that's you problem isn't it."

"So you're saying you're a demigod?" he asked.

She sighed "yes I do believe that's what this whole conversation was about."

Percy smiled evilly "good now I don't feel bad about this!" he took the cap off his pen and it elongated into a sword. He swept it at the lock and it cut through it like butter. He then kicked the door open and lunged at the director. He was just about to stab her when another sword met his.

"Really Percy you have known I would have had my own weapon as well." And with that they went into battle.

(A/N) Hey guys! Just thought I'd mention that this story has gotten over 80 reads!!! :) I don't know if compared to other people's that's even good but for this being m first published Fan Fiction it makes me happy. :) I hope you guys are liking it so far. I mean what is there better then a good old cliff hanger? :) I sure love them! Next chapter you'll get to see some interaction with the Flock so I hope that makes you happy. :)
