I started to heel my arm when out of nowhere a giant octopus came and grabbed me. Dang it I forgot Frank could turn into animals! I struggled against him but it's not like I was going to hurt him. He wrestled me up to the surface then turned into an eagle and flew me on to shore. He dropped me down on my back. Seriously people wings are delicate! I got up and was about to take off again when Jason tackled me.

"Dude it's just a checkup we want to make sure those scientists didn't do any real damage!" he yelled in my ear while I struggled.

I paused "how did you know that?"

"Grover used your guy's empathy link. Can I let go of you now or are you gonna take off again?" I struggled to break free. "Guess that's a no!"

We kept wrestling by the end Jason had a bloody nose and I had a black eye. (and it was my good one to!) He brought me up to the infirmary where everyone was waiting.

"oh good you found him!" said Piper "what happened to your nose?"

Jason held tighter as I kept struggling. "as you can see he put up a little resistance."

"I won't go! You can't make me!" I then did something really childish. I bit Jason's arm. He released his grip.

"Ow dude what was that for?" but I was already gone. I ran into the woods. I figured if I could get to higher ground I would have the advantage. I climbed up the tallest tree I could find. I sat there waiting to see everyone pass below me. But they never did. Strange?

"boo!"

"agh!" Jason had flew up in the tree behind me. He tried to catch me but it was too late. I started falling. I didn't want it to happen but my wings unfurled and slowed my fall. (Kinda) I didn't die let's put it that way. I did break my wrist though. As Jason ran up to me I folded my wings against my back then flipped over on my back.

"gods Jason way to scare a guy! You better just be glad I didn't die or I would totally kill you."

"dude how-" he started.

"I don't know! I bet Nico could smuggle me out of the underworld somehow!"

"I'm not talking about that! I mean how are you not dead?!"

"wow thanks Jason I guess you would just rather me be dead then!"

"No that's not what I-"

I started laughing "dude I don't care just help me up will ya?" good he hadn't seen my wings. I would tell everyone just not yet. He reached down and pulled me up. "Ow dude that wrist's broken!"

"Oh sorry. "He helped me up then got an evil grin "looks like you'll have to go to the infirmary now."

"Uh pass!" and with that I took off again.

"Percy!" I heard him yell behind me.

Since I had been at the school I had gotten faster. But Jason was a better fighter without a sword. But with a sword I could beat him any day.

I ran back into camp. I ran into my cabin and locked the door. I sighed and fell on my bed.
