so with picsarts new video add, i tried to figure out how to do gifs and it turns out there isn't a way.
i do not pay to use picsart but they let you sample around and play with stuff for free so with a lot of screen records and the use of S E V E N apps i have managed to make

the sad this is that it comes out really blurry

here's my first attempt and the bakugo one is my second one

i will be looking more into this and try to find a way to make it n o t blurry but in the meanwhile i don't think i'm gonna go any farther with this
