Okay so zappy zap is the new Quirk and we need a new hero costume for it so bleh. Definitely has a lot of blue.

Jacket: dark blue, sleeveless with a lot of white lightning designs. Very fluffy and soft lining to keep warm and regulate body temperature. Has a little hood that hangs over the face like Goth Sans' hood. (If you know what I'm talking about, I love you.)

Undershirt: light grey with sleeves that reach down to the wrists. Has the word "Spark" printed over the heart. Made of strengthened nano-fibres to protect the skin against cuts.

Pants: Same soft lining as the jacket, dark blue. Same material as undershirt. Has lightning patterns on the bottom of the leg holes, reaching up the legs. Has a belt with a hook for the chain weapon to hang on, along with a few bandages and larger batteries.

Boots: Combat boots, black. Still has springs in the soles. Blades have been changed from bird claws to a singular piece of metal that slides out of the toe. Very strong and sturdy, able to withstand most hard landings/attacks.

Gloves: Fingerless black. Gloves reach a little further back past the wrist. Has special, tiny batteries stitched in to store power and release when needed. Each battery holds up to two hundred watts, and there are five in each glove.

Horns: Literal horns. Dark blue, looks like small dragon horns. Can be charged with Quirk electricity, so they basically never run out of power. Has a small radio emitter in each, allowing communication at great lengths.

The Quirk itself has not shown a limitation yet, but spare weapons are always useful to have. Emitter-type Quirks always have limits.

Weapons: A chain with a handle attached to one end and barbed wire wrapped around the other. It is easily concealed, but a button on the handle can make the chain extend or even change the length or position of the barbed wire. When not in use, hangs on a hook attached to the belt.
