Chapter 86: Misty's POV
I took my seat next to Sky. "Welcome to Camp Elemental," the man said. I wanted so badly to face palm at that, but, instead, I just rolled my eyes. Which is almost as effective as face palming (not really), but it is good when you don't want everyone's eyes on you. Okay, enough about face palming and rolling one's eyes. What's happening to me. "My name is Stone. I am a head counselor here, as well as Peyton, who is head girl counselor." Stone said. Peyton waved. "I want go over the rules and what we will do at camp," Stone said. I don't like him. He's acting like we are little kids. I'm not even a kid anymore. Wow. I grow up so fast. "Okay, so, the rules for the activities, the counselors in charge of them will explain to you once you go out to do them. But the main rules, I have to tell you," Stone said. I am just liking him more and more. Note the sarcasm. "Rule one, you are not allowed to leave the cabin at night unless someone goes with you. Rule two, you have to do what your counselor tells you to. We can't have another accident like last year," Stone said. I sat up nice and tall when he said that. I'm intrigued. "Anyway, rule three is tha-" "What happened last year?" someone interrupted him. And I'm very glad she did. "Ummm.... your counselors can tell you about that," Stone said. The next four hundred hours is just about rules, rules, rules. I think I fell asleep at one point, because Sky had to shake me awake. I was glad when it was over.
