Breeze, Brooke and Steam moved out of the way. I stared in awe at what laid before my eyes. Our dorm had a huge, colorful "Get Well Soon!" banner hung across it. I was speechless.
"Awwwwwe thanks guys!" Misty smiled broadly.
"Yeah," I added, "it's terrific!"
"We worked on it all day yesterday after our families sent us back here," Breeze said, "except when we were with you!"
"Yep!" Brooke nodded enthusiastically.
"Even I helped! And I don't help people!" Steam smiled as if she had just conquered the world.
"That was so kind of you!" I said with a laugh in my voice. I noticed a corner was filled with presents. Cool! Mist seemed to notice as well.
"Wanna hang out for a while?" I suggested, trying to avoid the fact that I had noticed the presents, hoping they would mention it first.
"Sure!" Steam said happily, "Oh and I almost forgot, we have presents!"
"Yep!" Brooke said at the same time as Breeze. She gestured towards the corner.
"Wow, seriously!?!" I said in joy, pretending I hadn't noticed the presents a few seconds ago.
"You shouldn't have!" Misty said, before winking at me.
"Yay!" I screeched, "I love you all so much!"
"Duh. Who doesn't?" Breeze said jokingly before we all burst out into a laughing fit. After a long while of laughing- my lungs were starting to hurt I was laughing so hard- Brooke remembered the gifts.
"Let's haha go haha open haha the haha gifts haha right haha now." She said in between laughs.
