Chapter 5 - A month has passed/new HQ/Captured Ms. Lucy Hoppsworth

Chapter 6 half- news story
7 - more toons are captured, cogs start to take over the town

Chapter 8 - Toons are trapped in the playgrounds, heavy patrolling by cogs making it impossible to attack them without getting captured

Chapter 9 - willow is taken to the cog hq and has to face the vp alone, she fails and is thrown over the edge

Chapter 10 - toons are forced to go sad, everyone remains this way and cannot gain laff. The cogs assume control over the town. The result is Cog-Armageddon (leads into new book)
