I wanna see what people guess this is- (the character's purpose/name and what the drawings gonna be used for)

If anyone guesses it right I'll reveal this character completely before I digitalize it, and if you guess and get all three right I'll follow you so you will be followed when I get to 400 meaning I draw your oc- but if I'm already following you I will make sure your character is up front in the mass drawing.
