Mia, Aria and Gee sat on my bed, all of their eyes wide as they stared at me with mouths hanging open in shock. I stood in front of them, a sheepish smile being covered by my closed fists as I nervously waited for their responses to what I had just told them.

"You...slept with him." Gee stated. I nodded and bit my lip, all three of them still just staring at me.

"You slept with Will...you slept with a guy that hates you, and vice versa." Mia nodded.

"I mean, we obviously don't hate each other that much-."

"Girl, stop!" Aria yelled, making me smile sheepishly as she threw a pillow at me. After Will had kissed me a couple of days ago, things had gone further and the day had ended in us hooking up. Due to the fact that everyone thought that we hated each other, and even we were still unsure of our feelings for each other, we had agreed to keep it between us. Well, that was until the girls had come over and we had had a couple of bottles of wine. And that's how I'd ended up, standing in front of my best friends and telling them what had happened.

"I'm being serious, Aria! You don't sleep with someone that you hate." I shrugged.

"We're serious too, mate! One, hate sex is a thing, babe, and two, the guy has been nothing but a dick to you. We all love Will so much, but he's been such a cunt to you, and you reward him for that by sleeping with him?" Gee scoffed. I sighed and looked down.

"Look, you all know that I've had feelings for him for years, and you also know that for some fucked-up reason, I still have feelings for him despite him being a cunt. So, yes, when he made a move that suggested that he didn't completely hate my guts, I showed him my vulnerable side and I took him up on his move. For all I know, that'll be the only time that he'll ever treat me like that, so I'm sorry for taking that chance." I nodded, tears leaving my eyes as I looked back at the girls. They all sighed, looking at each other as they stood up to hug me.

"Honey, we're sorry, we didn't mean to hurt you. But we're only saying this because we know how much Will has hurt you. We're trying to protect you, you know that, right?" Aria asked as they all engulfed me in a group hug.

"I know you are, and I love you all for it. God, why did he have to be such a dick?" I groaned, making the girls sigh and nod as they all hugged me tightly.

Will's P.O.V

Will sat in the living room in his and Gee's apartment, watching TV and trying to ignore the fact that Y/N was locked in Gee's room, along with Mia and Aria. She was definitely telling them what they had done, which meant that Will was going to get the bollocking of his life from the girls once Y/N had left. As if on cue, Gee's door opened and the girls walked out, Will looking over the back of the sofa at them as they walked Y/N to the door. They all hugged the girl goodbye, Y/N quickly glancing at Will before she left. Will sighed as he turned back to the TV, knowing that he'd truly fucked things up with a girl that he'd once hoped would be his future girlfriend. Suddenly, the three remaining girls appeared in front of him, blocking the TV with their arms crossed over their chest and stern looks on their faces. Will groaned and squeezed his eyes shut as he lolled his head back against the sofa before looking at the girls again.

"Let's gan then, let's get on with it." He sighed.

"You shagged the girl that you've been nothing but a dick to for the last three years, and that's all you have to say?" Aria scoffed.

"Tell me what else I'm supposed to say! I'm fuckin' in love with the lass, but all of the teasing and mocking went so far that I absolutely fucked any chance that I'd ever had with her!" he exclaimed, outstretching his hand in exacerbation. The girls' stern looks dropped slightly and they sighed as they looked at each other.

"Well, that changes things." Mia nodded.

"Will, if you love her, why have you been treating her so poorly, for what's now been years?" Gee asked. Will sighed and shook his head.

"I know that she likes a bit of teasing, so it started off as light little digs, stuff that I thought she'd find funny. But then she didn't, and by the time that I noticed, it would be too weird and suspicious for me to stop. It felt that the only way forward was to make the little quips worse, and then before I knew it, she absolutely despised me guts." He explained. The girls sighed and looked at Will.

"She loves you too, you know that, right?" Mia admitted. Will's eyes widened.

"She doesn't. What?" he scoffed.

"Yup, she does. Her feelings for you have always outweighed the feelings of dislike that you seemingly showed her." Aria nodded. Will stared at them with wide eyes, hardly believing what he was hearing. After all that he had put the poor lass through, he apparently still had a chance.

"Girls, you've got to help is, please." He scoffed and shook his head.

"Yeah, we're way ahead of you." Mia nodded. His eyes widened.

"So, Will. This is what you're going to do."

Y/N's P.O.V

I lay in my bed, scrolling through social media and trying to forget about everything that had gone on with Will. I sighed and bit my lip, my mind racing with thoughts. He had never properly answered my question about why he supposedly hated me so much, the actions that the conversation led to suggesting that his surface feelings for me were just a cover for something else. What they were covering, though, I wasn't sure. I looked down as my phone buzzed, showing a text from Gee.

Gee: In the mood to help me with a stream?

Me: Is Will there?

Gee: Yes, but he's in his room in fear of death should he come out and try to fuck with you :)

I chuckled and shook my head.

Me: Lol, alright, will be there in five.

I sighed, quickly grabbing my keys and heading out of my room, noticing Alex playing Fifa in the living room.

"I'm going to Gee's for a video, don't know when I'll be back." I spoke.

"Have fun and don't come home too fucked." He teased. I chuckled and shook my head as I left the apartment and headed up in the lift. Soon enough, I was faced with Will and Gee's white front door as I raised my fist to knock against the wood. After a moment, it opened to reveal Gee.

"Hey, come in." she chuckled as she pulled me in and shut the door.

"What are we streaming today?" I asked.

"Okay, so, don't be mad, but I lied." She smiled sheepishly as she took my hands in hers. My eyebrows furrowed at her.

"What?" I chuckled nervously.

"You're not here to do a stream, if I told you why you were actually invited, you wouldn't have come." She spoke. My eyes widened slightly.

"Gee, why am I here?" I gulped, my stomach starting to fill with nerves as I had no idea what my petite friend had planned. She gave me a reassuring smile and gently took my hand to lead me into the main bit of her and Will's apartment. My eyes widened, a small gasp leaving my lips as the living room was lit beautifully with candles and a table-for-two was set up where the coffee table usually sat, the table decorated with a white cloth, rose petals and a candle. But it was what was in front of the table that peaked my interest. I gulped, staring at a very nervous-looking but also impeccably dressed Will as he nervously fiddled with the cuffs of his suit. I looked at Gee, making her give me a small smile and a reassuring hand squeeze before she disappeared off into her room. I gulped again as my gaze flicked back to Will, the boy giving me a sheepish smile.

"What's this, Will?" I asked quietly as I walked towards him.

"So, um, as you know, I've been an utter bell-end to you for the last few years." He nodded.

"To be honest, I'd have to use a stronger, four-lettered word to describe you." I spoke with a raised eyebrow.

"I deserved that." He chuckled and nodded before gently taking my hands and looking down at me.

"Thing is that all of that was just a cover for how I've really felt this entire time. I knew that you don't mind a little tease, which is why I started doing it, but it's been going way too far for way too long now. But then we hooked up, and that gave me a little bit of hope that maybe, you feel the same way that I do." He admitted. I gulped and looked up at him.

"Will, are you...are you saying that you have a crush on me?" I asked.

"Lass, I'm way past that. I'm in love with ya." He nodded. My eyes widened.

"I completely understand if you choose to walk out of that door right now and to not forgive me, I wouldn't forgive me either after everything that I've been idiotic enough to put you through. But know that if you sit down with me tonight, all of the hate stops and all of the love starts. From this moment on, I treat you the way that I should have been treating you from day one, and that's a promise." He reassured, his thumb gently moving against the back of my hand. I couldn't help but smile and bite my lip at his words.

"So, lass, what do you reckon? Have I been too much of a cunt to get a second chance?" he smiled sheepishly, but I could tell by his eyes that that was only a cover for how fucking terrified he was of being rejected. I bit my lip and looked at him.

"If I'd have known that I'd be coming down for my first date with you, I would have made an effort." I joked, making Will laugh as I gestured to my unbrushed hair, uncleaned face and my joggers and oversized t-shirt that was actually Alex's.

"You'd look stunnin' in a bin bag." He smiled before leaning down and gently pressing our lips together. I returned it immediately, smiling into the kiss and hanging my arms over his shoulders as his hands gently gripped my waist. I broke the kiss, touching our foreheads as we smiled at each other.

"Let's eat." I chuckled, making Will smile as he gently pecked my lips once more before the pair of us sat down and enjoyed our very first date.
