After a week

Abhi and Pragya avoid each other completely. But as kids were on their holiday, they both didn't have any awkward moments of being alone in the house together. Pragya didn't go to her parent's house after that. She is hell angry at them for hiding a secret from her and pushing into a marriage that she didn't wish. She was dreaming about a beautiful life with Abhinav, but now she feels like her dream has been snatched from her.

With Abhi, he is feeling like his head would burst out at any moment. He wished for a normal life, but everything which is happening around him is complicated. His one wrong decision has made his life upside down.

On Such days

Kiara and Sunny went to their school as their holiday gets over. Abhi was sitting in the living room, working on his laptop and Pragya was sitting in the room, playing games on her mobile phone. Her face curves to a smile, seeing Purab's number.

Pragya: Purab?

Purab: How are you, Pragya? Is he is doing something to you? If you feel like that, then tell me, I will smash his face.

Pragya: No, actually he is not. We don't speak with each other and he doesn't do anything that would harm me.

Purab: Oh, it's a relief.

Pragya: But the matter is, what everyone is hiding from me?

Purab: I'm trying here, but I can't find anything. They are not ready to say anything to me.

Purab said and Pragya becomes disappointed.

Purab: But you can do something.

Pragya: What can I do?

Pragya asked, shrinking her eyebrows in confusion.

Purab: You are in his house. Try to get answers from him.

Pragya: Do you think that I wouldn't have done it?

Purab: Or try to get some proof against him. You might get anything. Search his house, find something.

Pragya: Won't it be weird if I just like that search his house. He might get doubt and he is in the house all the time.

Purab: Do it when no one is there. There might be a time when he goes out He might be blackmailing our parents with something. We have to find it. Do something.

Pragya: Okay.

Purab: If there is any problem, just call me.

Purab said and hung the call. Pragya gets engrossed in thoughts.

Pragya's pov: I know something is going on and no one is ready to tell me about it. But, this is about my life and I have all rights to know the truth. If they try to hide it, then I would find my way to know it.

Pragya comes out of the room.

Pragya: We need to talk.

Abhi lifts his head from the laptop and looks at Pragya, who is standing there with a stern look.

Pragya: What is the reason that you married me?

Abhi: I'm sorry, but I don't have the right to tell you the truth.

Pragya: What do you mean you don't have the right? I need an answer.

Abhi felt helpless, hearing her.

Abhi: I can understand what you are going through, Pragya.

Pragya: No you don't.

Pragya said and a lonely tear fell from her eyes. Abhi felt a sting in his heart, seeing her tear.

Pragya: You can't imagine what I'm going through. All I need now are answers.

Abhi: I can understand Pragya, but I can't give you those answers. I'm sorry.

Abhi said helplessly and Pragya goes to the room and locks herself. Abhi scratches his head, feeling helpless.

Pragya's pov: This won't work. I have to do something.

Pragya thought in her mind with determination.

That Afternoon

Abhi and Vin were sitting in Abhi's room.

Vin: How is everything going on?

Abhi: What do you expect me to say? Everything is going upside down and I feel awkward in my own house.

Vin felt bad for Abhi.

Abhi: Vin, I need a favor.

Vin: What?

Abhi: Even though I go to the GYM daily morning, for the entire day, I'm being idle here. Please help me with it.

Vin: I would try to get a job for you in my company. I will ask my boss.

Abhi: That would mean a lot man.

Abhi said and Vin smiles.

At Evening

Pragya was sitting in the living room, thinking. Abhi gets ready and comes out of his room and sees Pragya, sitting in the living room.

Abhi: Pragya...

Abhi started hesitantly and Pragya looks at him.

Abhi: I'm going to pick up Sunny and Kiara.

Abhi said and Pragya didn't react to what he said. Sighing, he went from there. Once Abhi goes, Pragya gets up from her seat.

Pragya: Okay, it's the right time. No one is there. I'm gonna go and see if there is something I find.

Pragya thought and starts to search the entire house. First, she searched the entire living room. Then she searched in her room, but she didn't find anything. Finally, she goes into Abhi's room.

When she entered, she was quite impressed with the look of the room. Even though the room was too small, it looked neat and presentable. She starts to search quickly so before he could come. She searched everywhere, but to her dismay, she didn't find anything. She saw a cupboard there. Pragya went to the cupboard and tried to open it, but the cupboard was locked.

Pragya: I think something is here.

While she was trying to open it, she hears the bike sound and gets alert. Pragya rushed to the living room and sits on the sofa, breathing heavily. Soon, Kiara enters the house and went to Pragya.

Kiara: Mumma.

Pragya smiled and made her sit on her lap.

Pragya: Hi dear.

Sunny: Hi auntie

Pragya: Hi Sunny.

Pragya pats the place next to her and made Sunny sit beside her.

Pragya: How did your school go?

Kiara and Sunny start to tell about what happened in school and Abhi enters the house. Pragya's eyes fall on Abhi's bike key in his hand. He had a bunch of keys attached to it.

Abhi: I will make something for you all to eat.

Abhi went to the kitchen. After some time, Abhi came from the kitchen along with two coffees and two glasses of milk. He sat on the other sofa. Kiara gets down from Pragya's lap and gets on Abhi's lap. Pragya rolls her eyes seeing it. Abhi looks at Pragya and gulps, seeing her deadly glare at him.

Pragya: I'm going to the room.

Pragya said and goes inside the room.

Abhi: I think your Mumma is upset.

Kiara: Why she has to be upset?

Kiara asked innocently.

Abhi: Because you are not taking care of her well. You are always spending time with me and you are not spending time with Mumma and she is feeling bad. Will you go and console her?

Abhi asked and Kiara nods. She gets down from his lap and goes inside the room.

Kiara entered the room and sees Pragya, sitting on the bed angrily. Kiara went towards Pragya and sits on her lap.

Kiara: Mumma, are you angry at me?

Pragya turns her face to the other side like a kid.

Kiara: Sorry Mumma.

Kiara said, holding her ears.

Pragya: Go to your darling. You love him only right.

Pragya said possessively.

Kiara: I love Darling. But I love you more than him.

Kiara said kissing Pragya's cheek. Pragya's face softens.

Pragya: Really?

Kiara: Yes.

Pragya pulls Kiara and hugs her happily. And soon Kiara starts to tickle Pragya and Pragya bursts into a loud laugh. Abhi, who was sitting outside, hearing their laughing sound and smiles happily.

Next Day

Abhi went out to drop Kiara and Sunny in the school. Pragya calls Purab.

Purab: What's the matter Pragya?

Pragya: I searched the whole house. Until now I didn't get anything. But I found a cupboard which is locked.

Purab: Locked?

Pragya: Yes I tried to open it but it didn't open. I think he has the key with him.

Purab: I'm sure that there is something in that cupboard. When he not there, try to steal the key.

Pragya: What? No, I will not.

Purab: Come on Pragya, it's not the first time we are stealing something. We have done this a lot with our parents.

Pragya: That is different and this is different.

Purab: You can do it, Pragya. And we have no other choice. Once we get to know the truth, I will get you out of this relationship.

Purab said and Pragya nods.

The entire day, Pragya observes Abhi's activities. He has his bike key in his bedroom and he would be always inside his room. And whenever he goes out, he would go taking his keys along with him. Pragya felt difficult to steal the key during the daytime. So, she decided to steal it during the night.

At Night

Abhi was arranging the bed when Sunny comes inside the room.

Sunny: Darling, Can I go and sleep with Kiara and Pragya auntie?

Abhi was surprised, hearing it.

Abhi: But why?

Sunny: Kiara asked me. That's why. Are you fine?

Abhi: I'm absolutely fine. And...

Abhi kneels in front of Sunny.

Abhi: You know that Pragya auntie is sad about everything that is happening. So, I want you to take care of her. She is our guest. Will you take care of her?

Sunny: I will.

Sunny nods and goes to Pragya's room. Sighing, Abhi lies on his bed.

At Midnight

Pragya wakes up from her sleep. She turns to the side and saw Kiara and Sunny, sleeping. Without disturbing them, she gets up from the bed and goes outside of the room.

Pragya came to the living room and stares at Abhi's room. Her heart starts to beat faster, thinking about stealing the key.

Pragya: You can do this.

Pragya whispered to herself and enters the room slowly. To her luck, the room was not locked. Closing the door behind her slowly, she starts to search around the room. She found his bike key on the side table. Pragya left a relief breath, seeing it. She took it in her hand, grinning.

While she starts to walk, she hits her leg on the stand. Pragya slips and falls directly on Abhi. Abhi jumps and opens his eyes, feeling someone above him. Thinking of it as a theft, Abhi held her waist strongly and rolls to the other side, making her below him. Pragya's breath hitched, seeing him closer to him.

Abhi switched the lamplight on the side table. His eyes became wider in shock, seeing Pragya under him. Pragya gave a deer caught look, seeing him.
