Angad-Mom did you see Meera??
I asked her Mom and she gave me a teasing smile.

Mom-She already wrapped you around her pinky??
She asked. Not wrapped but pushed me away!! I said to myself.
I just nodded not knowing what to say.

Mom-I saw her going this way Beta!
She said and l nodded going in the direction she showed.
I was going but stopped as l saw Meera's dupatta in the air. There that girl is. Not even minding that her dupatta is flying behind her.
As l was about to go to her. She came running in my direction, scared and frightened.
Is she scared of me?? I thought confused.
She literally jumped on me, hugging me tightly. Shaking and frightened for some reason.

Meera-H...he is h..ere!!
She whispered, stuttering. I hugged her back thinking she'll atleast calm down.
I rubbed her back with one of my hand while she still shivered hiding her face in the crook of my neck.
We was like that for sometime while l was totally confused but having her close to me kept me in peace.

Angad-Meera look at me!!
I said when l felt she had stopped blabbering.
She rested her cheek on my shoulder, now looking at me. She was crying but this time not due to me.

Angad-What happened Princess!?
I asked concerned.

Meera-I want to go Home!!
She said which was barely a whisper.

Angad-The Function would be over in sometime so l'll tell Mom and come!!
I said trying to break the hug but instead of letting me go, she tightened her hold around me. I would have been happy if it's some other time but now she is scared for god alone knows what.

Meera-Please don't go!!
She whispered again. I nodded and kissed the side of her head without thinking twice about what the consequences would be. I thought she'll push me but her tensed muscles relaxed.
After messaging Iraa with Meera still close to me, I gently removed her hands around me and carried her in my arms coz she was no where ready to leave me. She rested the side of her head on my shoulder looking at me. I settled her on the Passenger's seat and went to the Driver's seat. I turned the engine on and we started driving home. All the way till we reach Home. She was holding my hand tightly which was on the gear.
I parked the car in the Lot and turned the engine off. I went to her side quickly and got her out. She laid her head on my shoulder and side hugged me.
I wrapped one of my arm around her waist and started going towards the main door.
I opened it and got her inside too. Later onwards we went to our room like that only.

Angad-Meera go change!! I Promise you. l want go anywhere!!
I said leaving her near the cupboard. She nodded and went to change. I changed in the room itself thinking the reason of her sudden change.
Who the hell is she scared of now?
Wait!! Wait!! Didn't My Parents's talk with her Parent's for sometime that day. I still don't know what they talked about.
I was out of my trance when l heard the sound of door opening. She had washed her face and got changed. She looks fresh but still dull.

Angad-Meera!! Sleep for now!! You would be fine!!
I said thinking not to stress her about the topic which she is scared about.
I don't know what is it. Urghhh!! Irrtating!!
She nodded and took a place on the bed. I sat on the bed thinking to arrange the pillow border.

Meera-A...angad!!
She whispered stuttering.

Angad-Yes Princess!!
I said looking at her.

Meera-C...can l..l hug you while l sleep??
She asked fidgeting with the duvet. I was confused but smiled internally. I laid on the bed and opened my arms for her. She scooted closer to me and hugged me tightly, hiding her face in the crook of my neck. Haaaaaa!! Feels Bliss!!
She didn't sleep instead started playing with my T-shirt's upper buttons.

Angad-Everything would be fine!! Relax!!
I said and kissed her forehead. She nodded in response.

Meera-Good Night!!
She said in a little while as l storked her hair for sometime . I saw her and she was yawning cutely.

Angad-Good Night Princess!!
I said. Indeed a Very Good one. I thought for myself before l completely pass out.

Next Morning......

I woke up early than usual today. I saw the one beside me. She was sleeping peacefully cuddling me.
I kissed her forehead and got up, only to fall back next to her.

Meera-You Promised me!!
She whispered sleepily. I chuckled thinking she still remembers it, even while sleeping.
I took my phone from the side table thinking to spend my time a little in that way. I gently ran my one hand through her brown locks checking my feeds and other notifications with my other hand.
Oh No!! I totally forgot about Office.
If you forgot you took an off from your office!! Said my subconcious in a duh tone.

Angad-Meera!! Come on!! Time to wake up!!
I told her after half and hour.

Meera-No!!
She said cut and right. Snuggling closer to me.

Angad-We have to start packing Princess!! Come On!!
I said.

Meera-Hell No!!
She said again and l chuckled.

Angad-Oh No!! Look everyone is here Meera!! Wake up quickly. If you don't want to embarass yourself!!
I said dramatically. She woke up with a jerk and looked here and there.

Meera-No one is there!!
She whined and laid back to sleep, hugging me.

Angad-Wake Up Sweety. We have to start packing.

Meera-It's Morning Angad!! No one does packing at this time when they are moving the next week.
She said. The way she calls me felt like Honey.

Angad-We are moving to our home the day after!!
I said and she opened her eyes looking at me irrtated.

Meera-Then why did you say after one week!?

Angad-What can l do if the owner said we can come there by the day after??

Meera-Stupid Owner!!
She said and l chuckled.
