Error's pov
As i awaited lash i track the sound to strange V shaped robots that looked nothing like Robotnik's outlandish designs as lash stops behind me and whispers," so not egghead, look" she points out a black licourice stick of a man, pale white skin, black hair, thin enough to say he likely worries more about his robots then eating, seriously, no human should be so thin they look almost skeletal. They were ranting about getting a lion into his machine as the bots corral the lion and i growl as lash gets into a running position. She zooms off and i hurrily follow, summoning spears of raw Destruction, and she boosts, pulsing out all of the robots in one shot and i groan." SEriouSly sIs? I hAd thAt." " sorry bro, your just too slow!" I groan as we both stop and the lions run away. The licorice stick screams as his dull lime green eyes tighten at us. I chuckle and lash says," hello there Black Licorice, the names Whiplash, this is my big brother error, your robots are weak sauce." I chuckle at my sister's blatant dislike of anyone who uses robotnik's shtick. The man finally collects himself and says," robots! Get the black one! Keep the blue one away!" The robots pick themself up, having reset from Lash's EMP, and i growl, summoning a spear and i say," DesTRuctIon SpeAr!" And as it hits, it utterly destroy's two of them and i charge again as lash flips over a robot, rolling into a ball and smashing clean through one as a flood of robots comes and lash says," you get the left i get the right?" I nod with a chuckle and i pour my magic into my skates, my skates turning that magic into propulsion and i launch into robots,  taking my designated side and together we decimate the robots and lash grabs a head before it hits the ground and places it in the human's hands saying," you ought to be fixing that" in a butchered accent before launching back into the fray. By the time the wild kratts arrive lash and i stand onto of a pile of robot scrap. Martin says," wow Zack, looks like they gave you quite a fight." " huh, it was more like light exersice, they're like paper compared to us." Chris laughs at this as we walk over to the brothers and this Zach curses us and claims he will get us. Lash's pov
We step onto the tortuga, both error and i laughing from the encounter. Error piping up, saying," wHo eVEn wAs tHAt wAnNabE?"
"Zach Varmitech, a old issue of ours. He likes taking animals and transforming them into robotic slaves." Chris pipes up.
I nod and say," well i think we either made him worse, or scared him boltless"
Martin snorts, bursting into laughter. "Scared him boltless- that's good."
I giggle, as error just shakes his head with a smile.
I sit down in a hoverchair, thoughts of old times drifting to mind, but i shove them aside. I can't dwell on the past, continueing on was the best i can do.
"So where are we going now?"
"Hmmm, why do you ask Lash?" Koki asks.
"I'm just curious, but we need to find something quick."
"Yeah, Error mentioned something about Emeralds?"
"Chaos Emeralds, 7 gems of unlimited power. Error and i can both sense and use them naturally. But with them, we might be able to get back home." I said, tapping my foot.
"What do the Emeralds look like?" Martin asks and i focus, using my power this way was risky, but they needed to see the emeralds.
I channel my energy, lightning trailing down my arms, and forming into a emerald's shape, the arcs staying consistent.
"This pretty much is what they look like in shape, but they hide in weird places, and are 7 different colors, Green, Red, Purple, White, Yellow, Cyan, and Dark Blue." I see Aviva get a picture and i dismiss the energy, panting slightly as my eyes fade back to thier light purple color.
"Wow, how do you do that? The cool lightning thing?"
I shrug," it just comes naturally, it used to only happen when i was stressed or upset, now i can call it at will. It's harder forming shapes like that though." Chris nods, noting it down in his wristwatch thingy.
They did seem to take alot of notes, then again they are scientists.
Error stands and walks over to Aviva, likely to help her locate the Emerald's unique signatures as i lean back in the chair. I hope the others are ok.... do they think we're Gone? Like Sky? That thought makes my anxious energy rise once more. I sit up, foot tapping. I need to get out.
I stand and i start pacing.
Would i likely wear a hole in the bottom of the tortuga? Maybe, did i care? No.
"Umm Lash, you ok?" Koki asks and i nod as we take off.
"I'm all good, i just like moving around. Sitting still isn't my style."
"Would you wanna try climbing up the tortuga in flight? Maybe it'll help you be able to relax somewhat."
I smile and i nod.
"Sounds like fun, just don't be suprised if i'm up on the roof for awhile." I walk to the hatch as Koki yells something into the cockpit and the door opens. I leap up, no climbing gear needed. I get up to the roof momentairly, sitting down ontop. The winds feel so good, and i no longer felt anxious or cooped up. Up here, the freedom is somewhat there. My thoughts settle into the winds around me, i never used to get this stressed since i met Tom and Maddie. What's caused me to become like this? That answer flashed clearly in the form of a face. SkyKnight. Her death was the source, and i had barely any time to grieve. I didn't let myself stay in one place long enough to do so. I sigh, putting on a smile in the winds above the savanna.
