I've been a very busy little bee making art on Canva, including promotional advertisements for Ancilla, because it's the dead season for Medicare plan sales and I'm mostly just talking to answering machines these days, which is a crashing bore; and making art is so much more productive than playing Solitaire or window-shopping on Haute Hijab. 

I mouse around while I'm talking to answering machines. I'd read books on Wattpad, but reading requires concentration, if it's done right; so does making art, for that matter, but it's a different kind of concentration. I can't read and talk to answering machines, but I can make pretty pictures while I talk to answering machines. 

Go figure.
