I kept on fighting the chip's control, but eventually I became like Blood Core. Heartless and I called him alfa.

"Leah,"

"Yes, alfa?"

"Stand in the center of the room, and hold still."

"Of course alfa."

"Trap! Skellajam!"

"Yes, alfa."

"What is it, alfa?"

"Pummel her."

I can't hurt her too badly, she's my friend. Trap thought. He wasn't under his control somehow.

"Do as you are told, Trap."

"Y-y-yes alfa... Sorry Leah."

Trap and Skella beat me up so bad that I could hardly even stand.

"Trap, why did you hesitate? Alfa could've killed you."

"Skella, snap out of it. You know who your true alfa is, and we shouldn't listen to whatever Blood Core says. He's a monster. Here let me just... got it."

"Trap, what happened?"

"Blood Core took control over all of Terratore, and now he just made us pummel Leah."

"Wait how come you didn't get mind controlled?" Skella asked.

"I have two different minds, remember? As long as I don't go to the other mind, I should be okay."

"Is Leah going to be okay?"

"We didn't beat her up too badly, so she should be okay, but why did he want us to hurt her, she did nothing to hurt him."

"Maybe he knows something that we don't?"

"Maybe, but there has to be more than that. He despises her and he wouldn't give her a chance to do anything except get beaten up."

"I'll try to figure something out, but what if he notices that you took off the chip?"

"Hopefully he won't."

"Hey, aren't you guys friends with Leah right?" asked a boy.

"Yes~, who are you?"

"I'm Tylor. I'm Leah's little brother."

"I'm Trap and this is Skellajam Mangle. Leah made us to keep her company when she was in hiding."

"You mean when she ran away from home?"

"Yes, but she had to run away because she was afraid that she would delete you like she did to your older brother." Skella replied.

"I had an older brother? If she deleted him then that means I wouldn't even know about him. What was his name?"

"Leah told us that his name was Jacob, but she's the only one who really knows about him." Trap answered.

"What did Alfa make you do to my sister?"

"Tylor, it's best that you don't know." Skella said.

"No, please just tell me."

"Blood Core made us pummel her." Trap answered.

"Hey, you! Why aren't you at your posts?!" asked a guard.

"I was just asking them th-th-the same thing, Sir Leum."

"We are sorry. Alfa told us to pummel someone that didn't please him." Trap said.

"Okay, as long as you were following Alfa's orders, I'm okay with that."

"Wait why aren't you two wearing your chips?" Tylor asked.

Skella and Trap looked at each other, and then took off Tylor's chip by knocking him out.

"That felt good." Trap said.

"What happened?" Tylor asked.

"We just saved your life kid. Now Blood Core won't have control over you." Trap answered.

"We'll help you get your sister back, but you need to do as we say." Skella said.

"O-okay. You're not going to hurt me are you?"

"Of course not. We're only going to help you and your family escape and find a way to defeat Blood Core." Trap answered.

"Oh good, but how?"

"We're still figuring that out." Skellajam answered.

"In the meantime just do what Blood Core tells you."

"Okay, I will. Thank you both."

Trap, Skellajam, and now Tylor worked together, and one night while Blood Core was asleep, they found me and removed my chip.

"Leah?"

"Why isn't she waking up, Trap?"

"I got this."

Trap knelt down beside me and started pulling on my ear.

"Ow ow ow owwww! Why would you do that?!"

"Shh. We needed to wake you up, but we didn't think you would howl like a wolf." Trap said.

"Where are we?" I asked.

"Right next to your one year younger brother." Tylor said.

"T-Tylor? I can't believe it's you." I said hugging my brother.

"I missed you so much. Why didn't you come back?" Tylor asked.

"I didn't want to hurt you like I did to our older brother." I answered.

"Trap told me about what happened to Jacob, and I get you didn't know how to control your powers. But you need to control it."

"I'm working on that. Where's mom and dad?"

"We're going to get them right now, along with Hyria." Trap answered.

"Well we better get moving before the guards wake up." I said.

"Right. Let's go."

We got my family out safely, and we got out of the factory as well.
