Backgrounds
Like any other skaters she started doing it when she was at least 10 years old then she won three woman free skating championships in a row. But after her mother's death from heart cancer she stopped asking for atleast a year and a half, but she knew deep down her mother didn't want her to see her like this so she asked Jacob Bell and Leo Bell(father and brother)to retrain her again! What she didn't know is both of them are retired skaters themselves so they both agreed and helps her out. She is now a USA champion for woman's. As some years went by Julia use to be taken but her rival Anna taken her Ex boyfriend and he cheated on her so she is not only picky who she wants to date but also don't really enjoy it. She keeps Jack and her Friendships a secret from others other then her father and brother.

Appearance
Julia is a skinny pale woman with dark blue hair and baby blue eyes along with black pear of glasses. Her dark blue hair is as short as a boy's cut would be. Her casual clothes is black shirt with a white jacket, white beanie, black glasses, black jeans and white shocks and shoes.

Her winter cloths is a big and long brown sweater with blue strips across her chest, a darker looking brown scarf that goes around her face to keep warm and she wears the same white beanie. Her nose and ears gets red cause how cold she easily is at times.

In her training uniform she wears a red chest with white sleeves and blue paints to repent her USA capture and how provide she is with it. She also wears black gloves to keep herself warm since it does get cold in there.

When she is out in competitions her uniform will be a black onesie with a woman like business suit but she wears paints instead of a shirt. Her skates will be a black like business shoes and the blades will be silver. She will have a silver watch and a strap to keep her glasses on so it won't fall off of her face. She also wears a light blue crystal necklace and her wedding ring as a good luck charm from her mother before she passed away.

Personality
Julia is sometimes hard to read with the emotionless look and the cold looses she gives people. But she does have a soft spot people sometimes sees. She has odd ways to show she cares for people. Like she will will lecture you about the mistakes you made, she will show you what you did wrong then show you how you should've done it or show a different trick you could've done. But once you get to know her she is actually a sweet girl and willing to help anyone that is needed.

When she start to understand the person a lot better she will suddenly change her personality. Like Yuri with his anxiety, she knows that she has to stay calm and not to yell at him so much and when he emotions go out of wack she will find the issue and try to calm him down.

When it comes to dates she will reject the person very hard due to her what happened to her in the past, but if you do spike her interest then she will go as far as "friends in benefits" till she gets comfortable with it. Then once she finally got her answer she will tell them how she feels and the answer.

Skills
Jumps
Her jumps are decent. She can go higher then a normal short girl could but it's not the best skill, she is practicing her jumps so she can get a better height to it and hope that she can impress her couches.

Speed
Her speed is the best there is. Since she is light weight she can time her tricks and jumps just right she can still have speed left in her. But if she times it wrong then it can decrease her speed till she has to regain it.

Stamina
Her stamina isn't the best but she can manage to control it and time things right. But if she times things wrong then she will slow down dramatically. She will at times shown to be tired as she does over work herself and keeps pushing till the end even if she is tired.
