Personality: Very shy, but once you get to know him he's kind and generous. He's very smart, being in advanced classes and being a straight A student. Because he comes from a troubled family though he is hesitant to trusting others and is depressed. For the very few friends he has he his very loyal to them and will do anything to not lose them. Friends are like family to him because his family is hardly ever there for him. He overthinks everything he does though and has self pity. He is very understanding though and a good person to go to for advice or help.

Backstory: His parents hate him and don't want him in their lives. When he was younger he had several surgeries for some medical problems he's had. Before attending boarding school, while at home, his parents always blamed everything on him and made him do everything, they didn't care about him much either. He spent most of his time at home cooped up in his room. One of his best friends killed themselves so he has been struggling with that as well. His father is a drunk and his mother takes drugs. 

Flaws: Even though he's a straight- A student he deals with depression and anxiety. He also over thinks, has self pity and low self esteem, and is always thinking everything's his fault. He is also too smart and too kind for his own good. He is also terrible at talking to people, he's very awkward and never knows how to express how he's feeling. He also comes off rude to people sometimes and has a very dark sense of humor that either scares people or offends people.

Fears: Losing the friends he has, public humiliation, going to sleep (he has nightmares), doing something wrong, not being good enough for anyone, becoming deaf or blind, life in general (because of his depression and anxiety).

Likes: Music, reading, writing, being alone to think things through, food, animals, swimming and singing, rain and snow.

Dislikes: Life, his parents, himself, rude people, dumb people, lazy people, just most people in general. He also hates warm weather.

Personality: Introverted, but once you get to know him he's very kind. He's polite and well mannered but can be a jerk sometimes, especially if he teases you. (Though he only teases people if he likes them). He's very sarcastic. He's very smart so sometimes he feels out of place with other students. A very loyal and kind friend. He has depression and anxiety but is trying to get through it and tries to live life to the fullest though he is easily put down. Also overthinks and apologizes too much.

One of his best friends killed themselves so he has been struggling with that as well. When he got his letter to hogwarts that was the happiest day of his life. He enjoys going to hogwarts so he can get some time away from his parents and actually feel appreciated. Hogwarts, just like it was to Harry, is his home.
