tell me every terrible thing you ever did, and let me love you anyway
VICTORIA HAD STAYED in Mystic Falls for a couple of days to make sure Elena was alright with the fact she was now a vampire. She had helped her sister's mind get off the fact she was something she didn't want to be, and then she also helped Caroline with Godric. They had actually gotten the two thousand year old vampire out of his depression state, and him and Caroline had gotten closer which made the eldest Gilbert twin happy.
Then, after making sure everyone was alright without her, she ventured back to Bon Temps, leaving Godric in Caroline's care.
But, her happy mood turned sour when she got into town to see Sookie leaving the house in a frantic state. She was in a beautiful violet colored dress, heels, and her hair pulled back into a cute bun of sorts.
"Sookie!" Tori shouted as she got out of the car, stopping the blonde from running into her yellow car. "What's happening?!"
Sookie ran towards her cousin, and pulled her into a hug, and started sobbing. "Bill took me out to dinner and then he proposed. I said I needed a minute and when I came back, he was gone. Someone kidnapped him and no one seems to care or want to find him!" She pulled back and wiped her tears away. "I'm on my way to Fantasia, because I have a feeling that Eric has something to do with this."
Victoria frowned. "Eric just got back in town two nights ago. There is no way he was able to do anything."
Sookie shook her head. "Well, he's Sheriff, so he has to know what's happening. I just... I was going to say yes."
Tori felt sympathy as she pulled her cousin into a hug. "Alright. I'll drive you over to him. Everything is going to be okay, Sookie, I will make sure of it."
The blonde nodded and got into the passenger side. Tori sighed and started the car up, and then they were off.
AS SOON AS they made their way into the club, they pushed past Pam, and made their way to Eric's office. When the door flung open from Sookie barging in, they were met with a shirtless Eric who turned around and grinned at the sight of them.
"Hello, girl's," he spoke calmly and smirked when Tori swallowed thickly, her eyes looking him up and down. "Like what you see, darling?"
She choked on her saliva and met his eyes, her face turning a bright shade of red. "Yeah, uh, actually I do." She smiled at his surprise face and then glanced to her cousin who was basically fuming in her spot.
"Bill's been kidnapped, and I think you did it," Sookie accused, looking to Eric.
Eric rose his brows. "I didn't. Any other theories?"
"I'm still on this one, thank you very much," She looked back to Eric. "Where were you tonight around 11:00?"
He didn't miss a beat as he said, "here."
"Doing what?" The blonde asked and frowned when he looked at her cousin. "She wasn't with you. She just got here."
"Doesn't mean I wasn't dreaming of her," he smirked through his words and winked at Tori who tried to not smile.
"Tell me where I can find Lorena," Sookie gained his attention once more. "If you don't have him, she does."
"Solid theory, but given the tenor of your last run-in with Miss Krasiki I think it's better if I dealt with her," Eric replied softly and glanced at Tori. "I don't want her to touch what is mine."
Sookie arched an eyebrow. "How do I know you will?"
"Because if Bill was, in fact kidnapped, by human or vampire, I am duty-bound as sheriff of the area in which he resides to find him," he glanced at Tori who shifted on her spot when she saw his eyes glance over her body. She was wearing plaid paints that clung to her ass and thighs, and was wearing a crop top that went about two inches below her breasts. "And I owe Victoria everything for saving my Maker."
Sookie sighed. "Just do it, please." She was about to leave, but glanced back at the blonde. "By the way, you owe us $10,000." She glanced at Tori who nodded at her, meaning to wait for her outside, so she nodded and then left the office, hesitantly closing the door behind her.
Victoria turned around to face Eric, and jumped when he was standing inches away from her. She gulped and brought her eyes from his abs, to his eyes. "I have missed you," she admitted softly and wrapped her arms around his waist.
He smiled softly and wrapped his arms around her, and kissed the top of her head. "I... have missed you too, sweetheart."
She glanced up at him through her eyelashes and sighed. "I have to go... but, come over later."
He groaned at her as she left his office, swaying her hips slightly.
ONCE SOOKIE AND Victoria made their way into the house, they both paused when they saw Tara laying on the couch, a little out of it, crying.
"Tara?!" They ran towards the girl and sat down on the table that was in front of the couch.
"It's E-Eggs," she sobbed out and Tori frowned when the older girl began sobbing louder.
"Come here," Sookie said softly and gripped her hands, sighing her up. "What happened?"
"They shot him," Lafayette said from behind them, and they glanced back at him with wide eyes s
"What?!" Victoria exclaimed, her brown eyes filling up with tears. "Who?!"
"Andy Bellefleur," Lafayette stated as he sat up straighter. "Said Eggs came at him with a knife confessing to killing them women and cutting out their hearts."
Tara was shaking her head as the girl's turned back to her. "The fuck he know any of that?"
"Oh, my God," Sookie's voice broke off slightly. "Tara, he came to me earlier today, said he needed help remembering what Maryann made him do. So... I helped him."
Tori was confused on what was going on or about anything they were talking about, but knew that while she was dealing with things back in Mystic Falls, they were dealing with their own things here. And apparently, it was a lot worse than she could imagine.
"You fucking did not," Tara spat out, tears rolling down her cheeks as she jerked hands away from Sookie.
"I'm sorry," Sookie said, her bottom lip trembling.
"Oh, you're sorry," Tara spat out sarcastically. "You signed his death warrant and that's all you got? Fuck you!" She jumped at Sookie, grabbing her by her neck, and they fell onto the floor.
"Stop!" Victoria shouted as she tried to pry Tara off of her cousin, but all Tars did was fling her elbow back, hitting Tori in the stomach harshly, knocking the wind out of her.
"Get off her!" Lafayette shouted and was the one to yank Tara off of her. "Stop it, Tara! Is you crazy?!"
Victoria breathed out heavily and helped Sookie up off the floor as the blonde screamed at their friend, "We're in the same boat! Bill's gone too!"
Tara went to lunge at Sookie again, but Lafayette held her back by her arms. "What the fuck is wrong with you? That's Sookie. She's your best friend in this whole fucking world," he tried to get his cousin to not be blinded by anger, but it wasn't working.
"He didn't need to know!" Tara screamed and tried to lunge again, but Tori stepped on front of the blonde with narrowed eyes.
"Get her out of here!" Sookie exclaimed with wide eyes.
"I was just fucking leaving," Tara exclaimed and yanked herself free from Lafayette, and stormed out of the house.
"Sorry, girl's," Lafayette sent them small smiles before leaving, racing after his cousin.
Sookie wiped her eyes. "Maybe it is my fault. I helped him remember what happened with Maryann. He wanted my help."
"I don't know what exactly happened when I was gone, but I know it wasn't your fault. You're always trying to do better, and save everyone." She went wiped away her cousins tears with a small smile. "You wanted to help him, there is nothing wrong with that, Sook."
"I just don't know what to do," Sookie frowned. "First Bill, and now Tara."
"How about we go to the sheriff's office tomorrow?" Victoria suggested. "Maybe they can help."
Sookie nodded before scoffing to herself. "I'm sorry. I am so caught up with this whole Bill thing that I didn't even ask what happened back in Mystic Falls. Is everything alright there?"
Victoria frowned as she remembered everything that had happened, and tears began to shine in her eyes. "No, not really. Alaric is dead and Elena is a vampire."
"Oh, no!" Sookie exclaimed before pulling her cousin into a hug. "I am so sorry. I should've been there for you. I know how much you cared for Alaric." She ran her fingers through her brown hair, and hummed a song. "I'm here for you now, Tori."
LATER THAT NIGHT, Tori was in her bedroom, and had just gotten out of the shower. She was in her pajama's which consisted of short shorts and a tank top because it was really hot in the house.
When she turned around, she jumped in fright when she saw Eric laying on her bed, his back to the headboard, and his arms behind his head. She huffed and flung her damp towel at him, and sighed when he caught it with his right hand. "What are you doing here, idiot?"
He smirked and sped to where he was in front of her. "You asked me here, remember?" He flung the towel off to the side of the room, and stared down at her with his twinkling blue eyes.
"Oh... yeah." She trialed off, biting her lip which made him growl to himself. She sighed and looked up at him. "Sorry. I forgot."
He frowned at her when he saw the sad look in her beautiful brown eyes. "What happened? I felt anger and sadness an hour ago."
She sighed and rolled her eyes. "Just... my friend is mad at Sookie because she did something she thought was the best, and then she started a fight. Then, I told Sookie about what happened in my home town." She took in a deep breath and looked up at him with a raised brow. "You do know that the sun is going to come up in four hours, right?"
He smirked and ran his finger down her bare arm. "Yes. But, I want to spend those few hours with you."
She smiled up at him. "Why are you still shirtless?"
He grinned and leaned down closer to her. "Because I knew you liked it when I was shirtless earlier. And I aim to please you in whatever way I can."
She shuddered and gasped when he slowly lifted his hand to her hip, and then pulled her towards him. Her stomach flipped and she gulped as she met his eyes with hers.
"I want you," he murmured as he leaned forward even more, his lips an inch away from hers. His hand went to her back, and the other way went to her thigh. "I want you to want me."
"I do want you," she whispered before flinging her arms around his neck, and bringing their lips together. She ran her fingers down his spine, pulling him closer until there was no space left between them. He could feel the beating of her heart against his chest, and it only turned him on more.
Suddenly, he picked her up in great speed, his hands on her ass, and then her back hit against a wall. She gasped in shock which allowed him to gain access into her mouth. His hands were roaming up and down her ass and thigh, and the all the way up to her breasts which left her panting.
Her hands went through his hair, tugging lightly, and then she gripped his shoulders tightly. So tightly that her nails dig into his shoulders, but did didn't care as he kissed her more ferociously. She moaned loudly and leaned her head back, granting him access to her neck which he began kissing and sucking on.
"Fuck," he groaned out when she grind into him. "Jag vill ha allt av dig." I want all of you.
"Oh, god!" She exclaimed when his fangs grazed her neck. Her heart beat accelerated, and it wasn't because she was scared. No, she was turned on. "Bite me," she moaned out and he pulled back slightly to look her in the eyes to make sure that is what she wanted. She panted and met his eyes. "We aren't going all the way tonight," she told him lightly, hoping he wouldn't get angry. "But, you can bite me."
He pulled her into a kiss that made the butterflies in her stomach dance. "I will not force you to do anything you don't want to do." He met his eyes and moved her hair away from her neck. "Are you sure?"
She nodded and tilted her head even more. "Do it," she demanded and he didn't have to be told twice before he bit into her. She moaned loudly and closed her eyes as the feeling of him biting her made her feel like his. She moved her mouth to his neck and began kissing him.
Pulling away, her blood ran down his chin, and down her neck. His fangs clicked back to place and he started to lick her wound, cleaning it. "You're mine," he whispered in her ear.
"I am yours," she repeated back and leaned back to face him. She watched as he brought up one of his wrists to his mouth, and his into it. She sent him a smirk before she began drinking from him, and she grind against him, making him moan out. Pulling away, she wiped her mouth and pulled him into another kiss. "I am yours."
THE NEXT MORNING, after breakfast, the two cousins found their way to the sheriff's office.
As soon as Sheriff Bud Dearborne entered his office, Victoria and Sookie turned around to ask him for help. "I take it you heard what happened last night with Bill," the blonde spoke up.
Bud nodded. "Kenya told me. She also told me you got a hint out of line with her."
Sookie crossed her arms over her chest. "If anyone was out of line, it was her. The man I'd be engaged to now, if I'd gotten a chance to say yes was kidnapped last night and Kenya wouldn't even file a missing-person's report."
"How the hell could she when the person that's missing ain't a real person?"
Victoria scoffed and crossed her arms. "That's just wrong coming from a person upholding the law!"
He gave her a look sat down behind his desk.
Sookie agreed with her cousin, "Exactly. Tell me you did not just say that because if you did, I might have to forget that I was brought up to respect my elders. We are all supposed to respect our elders. And since Bill Compton's got about 100 years on you I think he deserves at least a hint of your respect." She paused her speech when he looked down, refusing to make eye contact with her. "There's a — a woman. A vampire, actually. Her name's Lorena Krasiki, and I think she's the one who took him. I need you to help me find her."
He gave a heavy sigh and looked up to the cousins. "You have to understand, Sookie. I got dead bodies piling up on me. Dead human bodies. I can't be spending this department's limited resources following up on hunches about vampire-nappings."
"I don't think I should have to understand that. Because I love Bill just like you love your wife and your children and your grandbabies," Sookie ranted, trying to hold herself back from crying. "So to my mind, that makes him worth following up on."
Before they turned to leave, Tori faced Bud. "What would you do if someone you loved was taken from you before you can even tell them how much you love them?" She shook her head and grabbed Sookie's hand before they stormed out of his office.
LATER THAT NIGHT, while Sookie was on the phone with Isabel, Tori attempted to try and clean the living room.
There was suddenly a knock on the door and Tori looked up from her place on the floor.
"I got the door!" Sookie called as she made her way towards the foyer and continued her phone conversation, "Thanks, Isabel. Anything you can find out is more than I got. All right, talk to you soon."
The telepath hung up her phone and looked out the window of the door. Whoever was on the porch must have passed Sookie's inspection as Victoria watched her cousin open the door.
"May I?" Pam's voice floated from the doorway.
Sookie nodded. "Come on in."
Pam walked in and looked around, "Now, why did you have to go and kill that maenad? She's a terrific decorator." She then saw Tori we the brown headed girl stood up. "Hello, lovely."
Tori smiled brightly. "Hi, Pam."
"Any news about Bill?" Sookie asked hopefully.
"Nope, just making my nightly rounds. And Eric wanted me to give you this," the blonde vampire handed Sookie a check.
Sookie blinked at the paper in shock. "This is too much. It's only supposed to be ten."
Pam grinned. "We know." She turned to Tori who was making her way over to them. "Eric wanted to give you a bonus for going beyond."
"Holy shit," Tori breathed out when she saw the extra zero.
Sookie's voice held disbelief as she spoke, "Well, tell him thanks, I guess."
Pam arched an eyebrow. "I'll say you sounded more appreciative than that." She turned to the doppelgänger, about to say something when she shivered.
"What was that?" Sookie asked in confusion.
"It was Eric calling me," Pam answered, "I should probably check in."
Tori frowned. "He can call you?"
Without responding, Pam blurred out the door, leaving the two cousins looking to each other.
They ended up speaking at the same time, saying, "Jessica."
They hurriedly rushed out the door and crossed the cemetery to Bill's house. Unsure if the red-headed vampire was home, Sookie unlocked the door so they could wait inside. And they both jumped when Jessica flashed to greet them at the door.
"You might wanna start letting me know when you both are swinging by," Jessica was frowning as she spoke. "It'd be considered polite."
"Has Bill called you?" Sookie asked, getting straight to the point.
"No," Jessica sighed. "And I told you I would tell you if he did."
Victoria shook her head. "We're not talking about a phone call."
"We were just with Pam," Sookie told Jessica. "She got all shivery and then she said Eric had just called her and she had to go."
Jessica's eyes widened. "She was shivering?"
"Did you feel anything like that?"
Jessica nodded. "Last night. It came over me like a wave, and it made me feel sick too, just like that time I drank Kahlua."
"This isn't about underage drinking, Jessica," Sookie's face showed determination. "Bill is missing, and without your help, he might never come back."
"Other than sick, what else did you feel?" Victoria asked, chewing on her lip.
"I don't know." Jessica's eyes narrowed in thought. "Maybe I felt a place?"
Sookie's voice held hope, "What place? Where?"
Jessica shrugged. "I don't know."
Sookie handed the vampire her keys. "Come on."
Jessica frowned and stuttered out, "But — but where are we going?"
"We gotta find that place," Sookie states then sniffed, making a disgusted face. "And what the hell is that smell?"
Jessica responded without missing a beat, "A possum died under the house."
Sookie turned to head out of Bill and Jessica's home, and motioned for them to follow. "Girls, come on."
AS JESSICA WAS driving Sookie's car, Tori sat in the backseat, wondering if he was alright. He might be a dick trying to control her life, especially when it came to Eric, but she did care for him. He made Sookie happy, after all.
"We're getting close I think," Jessica said as she continued to drive. "I'm getting nauseous like last night when Bill—"
"Stop!" Sookie suddenly shouted. "That's Bill's car!"
Jessica barely pulled the car over before Sookie jumped out.
"I am a freak of fucking nature," Jessica said in amazement as she looked out the window at Bill's overturned car. She then glanced back at Tori who chuckled at her before they quickly ran after the blonde who was crouched to give the flipped-over car a closer inspection.
"There' a body in here," Sookie announced. "But it's not Bill." She turned to her cousin, "Give me a hand."
They worked together to pull the body out of the car, grimacing and gagging as they did so.
"Check for a wallet or a phone," Sookie said grimly. "Anything that might tell us who this fucker is."
Jessica checked the body, digging through pockets. "No wallet. No phone." She pulled down his collar to reveal a tattoo. "Ew."
Sookie and Tori leaned down to get a better look. "Okay, what is that?"
Jessica pulled out her smart phone and began looking up symbols.
It was a few minutes later and Sookie was growing impatient. "Have you found anything?"
Jessica enlarged a picture of the symbol on her phone's screen. "I found something that looks like it."The cousins crowded around Jessica and looked over her shoulder.
"What's it say it is?" The blonde asked.
"Well," the young vampire replied, "It says it's got something that has to do with 'Operation Werewolf'."
Sookie arched an eyebrow. "Werewolf?"
Victoria groaned. "Of course." She crossed her arms and bit her lip. "Let's just hope that werewolves do not have the same ability on Type A vampires or else Bill is screwed."
"Do you think Eric would know it?" Sookie asked her cousin.
Tori frowned. "If not, Godric might. We should ask them."
As they drove to Shreveport, Jessica looked up information on her phone about the werewolf symbol and what it meant, while Tori called Caroline to ask Godric about it.
