Someone someone did ask me how to write a spell I find this woman very credible on her information and she explains it better than I could.... plus it's also really late where I'm at currently and it is easier to show a video:)..... funny thing is I was actually researching this a little while earlier and I found this video and I do find it very credible please enjoy.
