~Emma's pov

Arceus was talking with Xerneas about something with Faith, Melody and Sachi. Faith kept on death glaring Arceus, Melody was trying to keep Faith under control while Sachi and Xerneas or Pixie were the only ones looking like they were going anywhere in the conversation but its hard to tell when you can't hear what they were saying. Purity had left to do some random crap but she wouldn't say what.

"So what exactly is going on?" I asked Night still not understanding what was happening.

Night rolled her eyes. "Basically you died meaning I died, but since I was made from you I apparently have the essence of the Voice of Purity in me meaning I could come here as well... Anyway I found my way here and saw Faith, Melody, Sachi, Celeana and Liberty talking to Arceus about trying to bring you back to life and decided to join in cause everyone loves my opinions." She explain some how all in one breath.

"And that means...?"

"I'm screwed. Faith is using blackmail and you might get to go back." Night said in an almost sing-song voice.

"Right..." Why was everyone seeming to be handling this better than I was?

Celeana sat on my shoulder and smiled a little. ~It's gonna be fine Em, trust me.~

I sighed and rubbed her head. "Whatever you say... So what's the story with them two?" I said gesturing to Arceus and 'Pixie'.

Celeana shrugged. ~Faith conned Arceus into telling her who he liked and have been using it against him to get what she wants ever since. Only us five, Sachi, Liberty, Melody myself and Faith know... well plus you, Night and Purity now. Its quite funny when Faith blackmails Arceus.~

I smiled a little. "Typical Faith."

Celeana nodded.

"So what happens now?"

Celeana shrugged. ~Beats me. I'm still fairly young and new to this compared to some of these legendaries. But I have been told Arceus can bring people back to life with the help of Pixie, Faith and Sachi and I guess since Melody is the guardian of the Voice of Purity she'll have something to do with it. What I'm wondering about are the conditions Arceus was talking about.~

I shrugged. "Who knows. I've delt with some pretty fucked up things in the past... two years... and a half."

Celeana nodded. ~I guess you're right... That whole fiasco with Night was damn annoying.~

"Hey I said I was sorry. Besides you try being made from pain and fear. It's not fun or easy." Night glared.

~Yeah yeah.~ Celeana rolled her eyes.

"What's that meant to mean?!"

~Er-hem.~ Someone cleared their throat.

"Oh hi Arceus, how has your day been?" Night piped in. "We've been great you know apart from the fact that we died and all." She said sarcastically.

I face palmed. "Night, save the sarcasm."

Arceus sighed. ~Well, here's what needs to happen...~

~Silver's pov

It was hours ago that Faith, Celeana and Melody had gone to the Legendary counsel I think Hope called it. Apparently, Arceus had the power to bring Emma back. I hoped more than anything that he could... that I could have my little sister back.

~MELODY, FAITH AND CELEANA ARE BACK!~ Dreamer shouted happily.

I looked up and sure enough the three legendaries were flying towards us as well as Sachi and Liberty. Melody was holding a glowing white orb in her hands. It looked fragile and delicate but had a soothing sort of aura surrounding it.

Melody smiled and held up the orb. ~This my friends, is Emma's spirt. Arceus gave her a... a second chance.~

Emma's Pokemon cheered or squealed.

~Bring mama back! Bring mama back!~ Dreamer squealed happily.

Melody nodded. ~We just need to wait for Xerneas. Bringing someone back to life is a very... delicate process.~ As she said this a large black and blue deer like Pokemon with large blue horns walked into the beach with its head held high.

N and Shadow were still watching from the sky and Reshiram stood with us on the beach. N and Shadow looked confused and were watching intently.

The deer, presumably Xerneas, nodded her greeting to Melody and she nodded back.

Faith pushed me towards Emma. ~You need to hold her hand.~ She instructed while Celeana did the same to Red.

I knelt to Emma's right and Red to her left. I took her cold hand and held it tightly in my own. Melody held the orb above Emma and nodded again to Xerneas.

Xerneas horns suddenly lit up with gold light, jewels of every colour sparkling brightly. She sent out a golden wave towards the white orb in Melody's hands making it light up even brighter.

Melody raised the orb to her face and gently kissed, it making it it grow even brighter while whispering something I couldn't interpret before placing it on Emma's chest.

The orb immediately was absorbed into Emma's body. Melody turned to Sachi determination flaring in her eyes. ~Now.~ She instructed calmly.

Sachi tool a deep breath in, closed her eyes and started to glow a bright and powerful sky blue. Her lips muttering a soundless song. The tags on her head lifted and the glow connected itself to the spot the orb had been absorbed into.

Then Sachi started singing aloud. Melody and Faith joined both closing there eyes and adding there own glowing light. Faith was the same type of pink that you would paint a new baby girls room and Melody the type of green from a lively lush meadow. All three light reminded me of life.

The three separate voices combined into one, making a beautiful and soothing voice.

The dead will live once again.
The living will die once again.
Hear our song, hear our plea.
Ones fate must be changed eternally.
A life is a gift, a gift is a life.
Give one a gift for a second life.
One so pure, her heart so bright.
Give her guidance of heavens light
and bring her back, for the second fight.

The glowing faded and all three opened their eyes, filled with hope and determination. They watched Emma without wavering their look. The Pokemon lining the shores were quiet as the watched quietly solemnly watching for signs of life in their fallen Voice of Purity.

Did it work?

It was quiet and there was no movement as the whole world seemed to hold its breath. Emma let out a small cough and opened her eyes. Her sapphire eyes as bright as could be, the purple flecks glowed bright against the blue background. "That my friends, is why I hate water." She smiled.

~MAMA!!!~ Dreamer squealed and tackled her, licking her cheek affectionately. ~You're back!!!~

Emma hugged the small Pokemon. "Yup. Now move over so I can give Uncy Silvykins and Redypoo a hug."

Dreamer giggled and moved off her but stayed by Emma's side as she sat up. Red and I hugged her at the same time and she gently hugged back. For a solid 5? Minutes we stayed like that.

"Umm... guys if you don't let go I'm gonna suffocate..." She said teasingly.

We let her go and Red pulled her into his lap and held her hand. For a moment it was quiet.

~So what about Night?~ Twilight asked looking at Night's fallen figure.

Emma bit her lip. "Arceus could only bring one if us back. So... Night... she..." Emma trailed off.

Twilight bowed her head as did most of Emma's other Pokemon.

Melody cleared her throat. ~Umm... Emma, don't forget your promise.~

"What promise?" Red asked.

Emma but her lip. "Well you see..."

Faith rolled her eyes. ~For Arceus to bring Emma back she had to agree to certain conditions... one of which was that she had to defeat dumbass and Tweedle dumbest over there.~ She said pointing over to N and Shadow who were hovering just above us.

(A/N yes I did just refer to my T or D book, thank you for noticing)

"Hey, I heard and resent that comment." N shouted.

~Tell me when I care.~ Faith shouted back.

Burned!

"Emma I'm not letting you go back up there. I lost you once and I will not loose you again." I said firmly holding onto her wrist to stop her running while Red tightened his grip on her, but not so much it would hurt her.

Emma shook her head. "It's that or I go back to the Legendary Counsel for all eternity. Which would you prefer?" She crossed her arms, pulling her wrist from my grasp.

Damn her quote&quote 'persuasiveness'.

Emma smiled softly. "It's gonna be fine. I have a secret weapon this time." She looked into my eyes for a moment. "Nothing will happen. I promise."

I sighed unwillingly giving in. "Fine."

Emma reached over and held my hand. "It will be alright."
