>Emma's pov<

•dream sequence•

"Emma?" A voice called out of my hazy blue surroundings.

Say what? Wait a minute... I know who that is.

"Night?" I called turning around.

I was practically tackled but the cream white Pokemon.

"What the hell are you doing in my dream?" We asked at the same time.

I face palmed. "Alright... where are you?" I asked her.

"The base of Reversal mountain, what about you?" She answered.

"Umm... no idea..."

"Are you sill on route 13?"

"I don't know..."

"Why it's been like three days since we got split up. You should know."

"Umm... I sorta kinda ran into N..." I said sheepishly.

Night let out and annoyed sigh. "Do you know where Silver, Wind dancer or Rio is? They're the only ones we haven't found."

"Yeah they're with me... well Rioyaru and Pidge are. Silver's somewhere else in the Plasma HQ."

Night nodded. "This isn't good." She looked really worried.

"You're telling me." I mumbled.

"Hey don't get sarcastic on me." Night frowned. "I'm working to get your sorry ass outa there."

"Looks like you're sleeping to me."

Night rolled her eyes. "Whatever, listen. Everyone else is together but Hope, Trust, Celeana and I split up from the group to find you."

"Wait, what's Celeana doing here?"

Night shrugged. "Beats me."

"Lotta help you are." I mumbled.

"Hey I'm helping you remember. I don't have to but I am. So you better start fucking appreciating what I do or I will just stop saving your ass all the time." She glared.

Okay she was right, but would I admit that to her face? Nope.

"Whatever, just hurry the hell up already. I don't have any plans on dying anytime soon."

Night rolled her eyes. "Yeah yeah. Neither do I."

We were both silent for a moment. Then Night spoke. "Celeana found out that Shadow has the dark stone and N has the grey stone." She said dully.

I nodded and looked away from her, looking at the floor instead.

This wasn't good. I was the only one out if the three of us who could activate the stones and with two against one I was sure to loose. But I didn't even have the right Lullabies to activate them.

So how would N make me activate them?

"I have more bad news." Night said as if reading my mind. "N has captured Zapdos, Moltres and Articuno as well as a Rayquaza." Night said quietly.

"That means he has everything he needs. Apart from Shadow and the dark stone... but I have a feeling he will show up." I said quietly.

I sunk to my knees and buried my head in my hands, unable to hold in my swirling emotions anymore. This couldn't be happening! Why was this happening to me? What did I ever do to deserve this? Any of this?

I felt something soft and warm wrap itself around my shoulders. I looked up to see Night had her tails wrapped around my like a blanket. "It's going to work out." She said quietly.

I shook my head. "How? There's nothing between N and making my preform the ritual or whatever it is. He'll most likely use Silver against me and I can't let him die. He's the only family I have left." I sobbed letting a few tears escape.

Night was quiet. "We might not be able to stop this from happening, but we can stand strong. Everyone will be right there with you, cheering you on. You just need to stay strong and fight till the end."

I nodded and wiped away my tears. "Thanks Night." I whispered, wrapping my arms around her neck.

Okay, I was hugging her. So what?

She smiled softly. "No worries. Now imma gonna wake up so we can find you. Just don't loose hope. We'll be with you as soon as we can."

I nodded and the dream ended.

I woke up still snuggled in Rioyaru's fur. My freeze attack had worn off leaving me feeling nothing but scared.

I looked at Rioyaru who was asleep curled around me so that you couldn't possibly touch me without waking her first.

I lifted my hand and gently stroked her ear, the one with the little nick in it.

She woke up and looked up at me sleepily and looked about to say something when her ears twitched and looked at the door to my cell.

"Someone's coming." She hissed.

I looked up at the door just in time to see it swing open to reveal N. I glared at him and he smirked back.

"Have a nice nap?" He smirked.

I balled my hands into fists around Rioyaru's mane.

Rio growled at N. ~Stay away from her!~ She threatened.

N raised an eyebrow. "You're not in the position to be giving orders."

Rioyaru growled again but didn't say anything.

"What do you want?" I glared.

N snorted. "I think you know exactly what I want Emma and now I can have my way. Need I remind you what will happen if you don't do as you're told?"

My face hardened and I held onto Rioyaru tighter but sighed in defeat. "Fine." I said, dropping my gaze from N to the floor in surrender. "Just.... Don't hurt Silver."

N chuckled victoriously. "Well then, we'd better get going. Get your mutt and follow me. But, you dare step out of line and," he pulled out a little remote. "All I need to do is press this button and... I'll let you use your imagination with what happens next."

I gritted my teeth but pulled myself onto Rioyaru's back. She got up and we followed N down the hallway.

I resisted the urge to attack him with my Purity powers or order Rioyaru to attack him. Instead, I just held on tightly to Rioyaru.

N directed me into a large room. My eyes widened when I saw what was in it.

Zapdos was in a large steel cage and he seemed really pissed, like really really pissed. At least half the room was taken up by the two story bird cage which imprisoned Zapdos. In front of the cage sat a long desk full of different machines, most of them had little flashing lights or were beeping loudly.

Zapdos was sending attacks at the thick steel bars which seemed to absorb the electric attacks which pissed him off even more. Outside the cage a few grunts were working with machines, most of them looked scared of the large electric bird or more specifically, what would happen if the bars broke.

"Open the cage." N told at grunts a a small door opened. It was to small for Zapdos to get out but large enough to let a person in.

N glared at me. "All you have to do is calm Zapdos down and get to song off him. The Arcanine stays out here."

"Is that all?" I say sarcastically as I glared back and tightened my grip on Rioyaru. "And I'm not going in there without Rio."

"You will do as I say!" He said sternly.

~Emma go. You'll be fine.~ Rioyaru said soothingly. ~No one can calm an enraged Pokémon like you can.~

"It's not me, I'm worried about." I mumbled as I slid from her back.

I walked slowly into the cage, ignoring the pain in my legs as the cuts I'd gotten from the 'mad scientists' still hadn't healed. When I was in the cage the door closed behind me.

Zapdos glared at me and let out a shriek. ~Get away from me human.~ It screeched hostilely.

I took a deep breath in. "I'm not going to hurt you." I said trying to keep calm and stop my racing heart from exploding from my chest.

~Words are cheap.~ It snarled.

I smiled softly. I seriously hate you N. "Do you know who I am?" Most Pokemon had great respect for the Voice if Purity and him knowing who I am might calm him down. It was worth a shot at least.

~Do I care?~ It glared. He'd stopped attacking but was hovering in the air.

"I'm the Voice of Purity and I want to help but please, to do that you need to calm down." I begged.

Zapdos landed in front if me still looking as if he didn't trust me fully. ~Why are you with these evil humans then?~ He asked suspiciously.

"Same reason you are." I said taking a deep breath in. If he attack me this close would surely be the end of me.

~They took you from your home as well?~ Zapdos's face dropped a little.

I nodded. "They have someone who I'm close with and if I don't do what they say then they are going to hurt him." I said, knowing that he could see the pain and fear in my eyes as he stared into them.

Zapdos looked calmer now. ~And what did they ask of you?~

"I need to get the Song of the electric types from you." I said in the same soft tone.

Zapdos nodded they smiled a little. ~If that is what the Voice of Purity wishes.~

He stepped in front of me and tapped my forehead with his beak and the Song of Electric types entered my mind.

Riou Rei Croa Riou Ze Rei Va Ze Rei

As soon as Zapdos lifted his beak from my head the door opened and a grunt pulled me out roughly before slamming the door closed.

~Hey, what are you doing with her!?~ Zapdos screeched and started attack the bars again.

The grunt shoved me forcefully at Rioyaru who caught me before I could hit the hard ground, thank Arceus.

~Are you alright?~ She asked quickly.

I nodded, wrapping my arms around her neck trying to slow my racing breath and heart.

I looked at Zapdos who was attack the bars and screeching at N. For a moment my eyes locked with his.

I'm sorry. I told him with my mind. He seemed to have heard stoping for half a second.

I have nothing against you Voice of Purity and am forever at your service. I don't know if I imagined it or him spoke to me telepathically. But I think it was the second one.

"Well done Emma." N smirked. I looked away from him. "One down, three to go."

One step closer to the three legendary dragons, one more step till the final battle and possibly my end.

Sighs done and I'm exhausted! Seriously having to weed a garden in the burning sun!? arg I hate school! To make things worse, my friends thought I was cutting because I had red rashes in lines that looked like I'd cut but turned out I'd had a teaction to a pant at the school farm during agriculture. Well I'm going to go because I'm so tired.
