Are you itching to write?

I recently travelled to beautiful PEI, the homeland of one of my favourite writers, Lucy Maud Montgomery. Shortly before and during the trip, I realized something so simple but so significant: the published writers whose works I enjoy made time to write and kept writing.

They key ingredient when it comes to writing is...writing.

I used to write all the time – that was before I graduated from university and started working. Now I squeeze in writing time, mostly on weekends, and sometimes not even then. I noticed this and took action to adjust how I spend my time so that I would be writing more and more often.

You can do this too! Wattpad provides a supportive forum for finding and giving encouragement to writers. To everyone who's been reading or commenting on my stories recently, thank you so much – it is one of the things that means the most to me!
