So just because I am very very very lazy I don't want to write the whole land of tea filler thing because it's just way tooooooooo long. So I'll sum it all up for you. So basically Idate flirted with Sakura then he flirted with Mariah but she told him off and Sasuke got jealous and was very protective over Mariah. When those rain ninja attacked Mariah used the Sharingan and beat the shit out of them.

Then that dude with the umbrella idk his name it started with an A though electrocuted Mariah with the sword thing while she was protecting Sasuke and she got stabbed in the stomach from her chest to about her waist and was bleeding badly and stuff. So after the race they bandaged up Mariah and put her onto the boat and she and Sasuke were emitted in the hospital. So now it's Mariah's POV.

I was lying in the hospital bed looking out the window sadly. Sasuke's been acting so weird lately. He didn't talk to me at all when we got onto the boat, all he did was stay by my side and now he won't even visit me. I think I know what's going on in his head and I don't like it.

"Is Sasuke going to leave the village?" I asked myself.

"Yes," My inner voice answered.

I felt a pain where my heart was.

"Is he leaving me?" I asked.

"Yes,"

"Is he leaving soon?"

"Yes,"

"Tonight?"

"Yes,"

My vision started to blur and tears went streaming down my face. Then I heard the door open and saw a nurse.

"Mariah, you can leave now just take it easy." She said.

I got up from the bed and changed in the bathroom. When I was done changing I sense two chakra levels fighting just above me. I sensed that it was Sasuke and Naruto. I quickly climbed out of the window and got to the roof of the hospital to see Sasuke with Chidori and Naruto with Rasengan about to collide. Sakura was running towards them.

I quickly ran right in the cross fire of them and held out my hands. The hand facing Naruto had my Rasengan in it and the hand facing Sasuke had Chidori in it. They're eyes widened realizing that they couldn't stop the attack in time and collided with my hands. My versions of their jutsu was weaker so they over powered me which resulted in Sasuke electrocuting me and also burning my hand completely, same with Naruto. I screamed.

Kakashi then grabbed their arms and swung them away before they could blow my hands off. I fell to my knees holding my hands to my stomach. My blood was soaking my shirt and bandages. Sakura was crying and everyone completely forgot about me. My hands were in excruciating pain and my blood was dripping onto the floor. Without anyone noticing I teleported home and screamed in pain.

I went into the bathroom and looked at my hands. They were covered in blood and burnt very badly. The hand that Sasuke attacked was hurt so bad that you could see bone. I painfully took care of my hands and wrapped them in bandages then walked to the Hokage building.

When I reached the building I knocked on the door and heard an enter. I walked into the office and stood before Tsuande.

"Ah Mariah, just the girl I wanted to see." She said with a smile.

"Why do you want to see me?" I asked.

"I wanted to give you this," She said taking out a Jonin vest.

"I'm.......being promoted?" I asked surprised.

"Yeah, you did an excellent job on the Land of Tea mission and what you did proved that you are worthy of the Jonin title."

"I don't know what to say," I said taking the black vest.

"You don't need to say anything Mariah. I just want to say that I'm very proud of you."

"Thanks," I said with a fake smile.

"So why did you come down here?" She asked.

"I have a request." I said.

"And what is your request?"

"I want you permission to leave the village so I can travel."

"Why would you want to leave? You'd be leaving your friends."

"Well I want to see the other villages and how they live their lives and study their fighting styles; maybe even learn a few new jutsus."

"What about Sasuke?"

 "Don't worry about Sasuke, he'll be fine and I know that he might want to join me." I lied.

"Well is this what you really want Mariah?"

"Yes, I've always wanted to travel and study under people."

"Well come back tonight and I'll have the papers filled out for you then you can leave. When are you planning to leave?"

"Well I know its short notice but I was planning on leaving in the morning; if that's alright."

"I guess its okay but I don't think it will be for your friends."

"They'll understand."

"Mariah,"

"Yeah?"

"What happened to your hands?" She asked noticing soaked bandages.

"Training," I lied.

"You're lying; you just got out of the hospital an hour ago."

"They're fine, just cut myself cooking."

"Do you want me to heal them?"

"Yes," I thought.

"No, they're fine." I said.

"Alright then, see you tonight."

I walked out and went to Ichiraku's and saw a depressed Naruto, sad Sakura, bored Kakashi, Kiba, Shino, Hinata, Shikamaru, Ino, and Choji. I approached them and sat next to the depressed Naruto. They didn't notice me until I sat down.

"Mariah!" Naruto shouted happily.

"Uh...hi?"

"What are you doing here?"

"Uh well I wanted to tell you guys something."

"What is it?" Sakura asked.

"The thing is.................tomorrow morning I'm going to.............leave the village.........."

"WHAT?!" They all shouted.

"Well I just got permission from Lady Tsuande."

"Why are you leaving?" Kiba asked.

"I want to explore and travel so since there's pretty nothing to do here anymore. Plus I've learned everything I can here so I want to learn from different countries." I explained.

"Aw you so soon?" Naruto whined.

"Sorry Naruto but you'll have to be my slave some other day. Shikamaru don't think that I forgot about that dinner you owe me. Well I have to go and pack." I said hopping off the chair.

"Wait!" They all said.

I turned to face them. They all jumped on me and gave me a big hug.

"We're going to miss you!" They all whined.

"Don't worry, I'll be back. I just want to learn more and explore this world."

"You better come back," Naruto said.

"Don't worry I will," I laughed.

"Hey, Mariah?" Shikamaru asked.

"Yeah?"

"Is that a Jonin vest?"

Everyone took a closer look at the vest that I was wearing.

"Yeah, Tsuande just promoted me."

"Congratulations!" They said but I had to leave and pack.

I went back to my apartment and started to painfully pack everything that I had.

"What are you doing?" Kurayami asked.

"I'm leaving in the morning," I said.

"Am I coming?"

"Of course! I'd never leave you; no matter how annoying you are."

"Hey!"

"Well sorry it's true,"

"Is something wrong?" She asked.

"Um no,"

"You're lying. You've been upset since you came home and I heard you scream when you came home."

I sighed. "Fine. Sasuke is going to leave the village tonight."

"WHAT?! WHY?!"

"He's going to Orochimaru for more power. I can't be here at all anymore when he leaves. It'll be impossible for me to forget him now so I decided to leave so that I won't be in a lot of pain. I have to leave and live my life instead of being cooped up in this village being depressed like I have been these past eight years." I said crying.

"Aw its okay Mariah, don't worry! Traveling will get your mind off of Sasuke!" She said trying to comfort me.

I started to pack my clothes, weapons, diary, and last was my photo album. I looked through it and the first pictures were of me and my family all together. We were so happy back then. The other pictures were of all of my senseis' and all the fun we had. The rest of the pictures were mostly of my team and I like our team picture, Ino's party XD, and mostly Sasuke and I. Tears escaped my eyes once again and my chest was aching.

"Mariah? Are you alright?" Kurayami asked.

"No, not really." I sobbed.

"Aw it's going to be okay."

"What time is it?"

"About ten at night."

"I've been packing and crying for hours," I laughed.

"Maybe you should sleep," She suggested.

"No. The nightmares will come back. Plus, he's leaving in a few hours anyway. I might miss him."

I went to Tsuande's office to receive my papers. I knocked on the door and walked in. She was sleeping.

"Um Tsuande?" I said waking her.

"Huh? Oh Mariah, here are your papers." She said holding out the papers.

I walked towards her and got the papers.

"Thanks, I really appreciate it."

"How long have you been planning on this?"

"Well I've been planning since I was eleven but so much has happened I just had to stay. It's been very peaceful and quiet now so I think it's a great time to leave."

"If that's really what you want."

"Bye, I'm going to miss you. Don't worry, I'll be back." I said with a smile.

I finally finished packing everything that I needed for my travels. I looked at the clock and saw that it was almost midnight. I quickly left the house and ran towards the village gates to see Sasuke for probably the last time. I lowered my chakra and as I was nearing the gates I heard Sakura crying.

I was in a tree looking at Sasuke and Sakura. Sasuke then came behind her and said "thank you" then knocked her out and placed her on a bench. He started to slowly walk away but then stopped as I jumped down from the tree.

"I knew you were leaving," I said.

"And I knew that you would figure it out," He said coldly.

"So you were going to leave without saying goodbye to me?"

"I didn't want you to yell at me for being stupid."

"I wouldn't have yelled at you. I would've been angry since you're going to the very man who tortured me for a year. I'm angry at you but sad that you're leaving me. You might not even come back to me; this could be the last time that I see you." I cried.

He was silent; his back turned to me.

"I know that I can't stop you and you might not even listen to me but I just want you to rethink this. You're leaving your friends and me; the people who care and love you Sasuke. We're your family now and I know that you believe that too. I love you and I know that you love me back. Think about what I said before you make this decision.

You know me better than anyone and you know how this will and is affecting me. I know everything about you and I know that even if I do stop you then you won't be happy at all. You'd be mad at me and never talk to me ever again and you'll probably attempt it again and again until you get what you want. If you come back to the village later in the future I just want you to know that I won't be here." I told him.

"Goodbye Mariah, I know the consequences of this decision but I'm willing to accept them." He said turning towards me. "This might be the last time I see you and I'm willing to accept that. I have to go now, goodbye Mariah."

He disappeared. I stared at the spot that he was standing on imagining him still there. My legs gave out and I fell crying for him to come back.

~time skip~

The next day I was at the main gate of the village along with Kurayami with my backpack on ready to leave. I turned and looked at my friends and smiled at them but they gave me a weak smile. They were all sad about Sasuke leaving the village. Right now the pursuit team is chasing after him.

"Well, we should get going." I told them.

"Mariah, how are you not affected by this?!" Sakura and Ino shouted while crying.

"Like I said before, I'm the master at fake smiles." I said.

They looked guilty but then Tsuande came towards me and stood in front of me.

"Are you sure about this?" She asked.

"Yeah, I've been wanting to do this for a while. Even though it doesn't seem like the best time to leave right now, it is."

I soon turned facing the dirt path out of the village. I turned my head to look back at them one last time and sprinted with Kurayami away from the village.  We ran for about an hour. The wind blowing in our faces as we ran. It was a beautiful day but it was also a sad day.

Sasuke Uchiha, the only person who I could trust, the one who found his way to my heart, the one who cared is now a rouge ninja, a traitor, a heartbreaker, an avenger, a person who is consumed by revenge, a lost soul.

On our journey I felt two people fighting in the distance by the Final Valley. I told Kurayami to stay put while I go and check it out. I lowered my chakra presence and carefully looked through the trees and saw a horrifying sight. I saw Sasuke in a crater on the side of a cliff with his curse mark spread across his face and Naruto on the other side with his nine tails cloak coving his body.

"I'm not hurt Naruto," Sasuke said as his hair started to change color from black to light purple.

"You were special," His skin started to change to, almost black with a black diamond like symbol on the bridge of his nose. "But I am more special that you."

"Just as I feared. They had him advance to stage two of the curse mark." I sobbed.

"Special.....is that what it is..." Naruto growled.

"I'm not ready to lose." Sasuke laughed which sent shivers up my spine.

"He laughs like Orochimaru," I whispered.

Naruto ran at Sasuke attempting to attack him but just as he hit Sasuke something blocked the attack. It was a wing that looked like a hand; it hit Naruto and flung him back into the opposite side of the cliff making a crater. Another wing sprouted from Sasuke's back.

"That power of yours too.....of course there was a risk..." Naruto growled at him.

"Do you know? This place is called the "Valley of the End," the country border. This is the perfect setting...isn't it..Naruto? Yes that's right. Like I said, the time for talk is over. Well, finally it's ending...this battle...Until now...the battle..."

Sasuke started to make a powerful Chidori that was black and Naruto started to make a powerful Rasengan. They both launched themselves in the air going towards each other attempting to attack. I couldn't take it anymore so I activated my curse mark. My hair changed from black to blue and spiked at the ends and my skin changed from white to almost red. I grew claws and a tail then ran towards Sasuke and Naruto. Just as they were about to collide I jumped right between them causing Chidori and Rasengan to go right threw my stomach.

I started to get electrocuted and the collision made a huge black ball form around us. We all got flown in different directions. When I landed I felt a jolt of pain go throughout my body. I started to cough up blood and I looked at my stomach and saw a huge hole and lots of blood. I started to fade in and out of conciseness; I was having a hard time breathing.

I hated that I had to use my cursemark, but it was the only reason I was alive right now. Orochimaru made sure that if I were ever injured, my curse mark would save me. My body is more durable and able to withstand my injuries making it hard to kill me. I heard someone walk over towards me and kneel down. The person who I assume was Sasuke stayed there for a while. I felt something wet drop onto my cheeks then more drops started to fall; it's raining. He then got up and walked away. After ten minutes I heard someone else walk up to me and I heard sniffling.

"Mariah," It was Naruto's voice. "Mariah answer me please."

I didn't answer.

"She's dead." He whispered to himself then left.

As I was slowly dying I felt someone hovering above me. I slowly opened my eyes and saw someone but my vision was blurry. I closed my eyes again then felt the stranger pick me up then I passed out.
