Who Are You?
In the middle of the night we had woken up and finally decided, for sure what the baby's name was. Watch out its very, very long. First name;Tris Primrose Luna Christina Rue Nymphadora. Middle name; Belladonna Lucille Clover Aspen Hope. Last name; Potter. All together it is; Tris Primrose Luna Christina Rue Nymphadora Belladonna Lucille Clover Aspen Hope Potter. Sooner or later we went to sleep
It was early morning and I heard some crunches. I looked up to see Bella, Lucille, and Tris were all still asleep, but now they were in different positions. I picked up Tris and looked in my mirror. I looked fatigued, hungry, and dirty. My hair was crazily matted.
I went to the only room that wasn't destroyed. The closet. I grabbed some of my mothers clothes and quickly threw them on, but carefully enough not to touch the baby, and not to harm her.
When I was done and came out the crunching was louder. I ran to the sack in the shelter and pulled out my bat.
I woke up the other two and they went to get dressed. When they had gone to put on new clothes, I scouted the area.
Soon enough, my eyes meet with three people. A women that had pastel orange hair, and brown eyes. She was short and slim. She was wearing a black and yellow tank top with blue skinny jeans, and black sneakers.
A man was next. He had sandy hair, and deep green eyes with golden flecks. He was wearing a patched up jacket, dirty dark red shirt, tan colored pants, and very old shoes. He was older than the women by a few years, you could tell. He had a few scratches on his face.
Finally, there was a very old man with graying hair, and many gashes on his hands, neck, and face. He had a weird rolling eyeball thing. He had a jacket on, and a flask. They all looked strange. I looked around at the rubble looking for a way to keep away the strangers.
I took red paint and a piece of wood and quickly wrote on it. The sign read 'you are not welcome.'
It had the drip effect and looked like the paint was blood. I quickly set it in their direction.
Crunch.
Crunch.
Crunch.
They are still coming! I run around gathering tools and weapons. I grabbed some resources, too. All the while, I still had Tris in my arms. I looked at the tree line that was behind the house.
Bella and Lucille came out. I immediately told them to go to the tree line. They did as told and ran. After they went, I grabbed all of our luggage and hustled to the trees.
Once there, I handed them each a bag and took three for myself. I told them to climb a tree. When they got up there, I handed them the other bags. I decided to go back. Maybe, just maybe, these people weren't evil.
I took Tris and my faithful bat back to the house and sat. The crunching got extremely loud, then came to a halt.
"'You are not welcome.' This seems new, do you think the Death Eater's came by here," growled the older man.
"Surely not. I don't think there would have been. They would have destroyed the rest of this house," said the woman. She was playing with a couple locks of orange hair. She was standing nearest to me, her back facing me.
"Hey, 'Dora, I think you have a shadow," said the man with the patched up jacket.
The women turned to me, and her eyes lit up. I slowly backed around the corner again.
"Get back here, girl," exclaimed the older man.
"Stop it, Mad-Eye, she's probably more frightened than she already is," said the sandy-haired man.
"Come on out, Remus and I won't hurt you," the woman coaxed. I tried to hold in a laugh, because she didn't say that the older guy wouldn't. I only smiled a little bit and came forward a few steps.
"That's it, what's your name," she asked.
"My name is Kadence Calypso Potter. You can call me Kade, if you like. This is Tris. That's only her nickname though," I stated shyly.
"What's her full first name?"
"Tris Primrose Luna Christina Rue Nymphadora," I stated. The woman looked very shocked.
"My name's Nymphadora! My name is Nymphadora Tonks," she gushed in shock. My expression held one of confusion. What, this can't be real, I must be dreaming.
"My name is Remus, Remus Lupin," said the man with the patched up jacket.
"Alastor Moody," said the one with the weird rolling eyeball. I was completely confused. Were we sent in some sort of vortex?
No time to think, a loud pop followed by a thump sounded from the forest.
"No," came the agonized scream of Bella. I sprinted to the tree I had left them in.
Lucille was on the ground and I checked her pulse, nothing. I lost my sister.
The tears streamed down my face like a waterfall. Not her, too! Belladonna was crying in the tree.
Tris started crying, too.
"Hush, don't cry, we're okay! We're alive, I will take care of you. I promise," I shushed. I started to sing her a lullaby.
Deep in the meadow, under the willow
A bed of grass, a soft green pillow
Lay down your head, and close your sleepy eyes
And when they open again, the sun will rise
Here it's safe, here it's warm
Here the daisies guard you from every harm
Here your dreams are sweet and tomorrow brings them true
Here is the place that I love you.
I didn't even have to finish, she was already asleep. When I looked up from where I sat, I realized that I had been singing more to both Tris and Lucille.
The adults were standing around Bella and I. Nymphadora was on my left, Remus on Bella's right and Alastor behind us. The adults looked sad, Bella had stopped crying.
"We forgot to ask you, are you survivors?"
"Yes, yes we are."
"If you would follow us, we could take you to where you will have shelter," Nymphadora offered kindly. I nodded my head and stood, sticking my hand out to Bella, who took it and stood up.
We started walking with the trio, and soon we saw brooms.
"I guess we will have to figure out if their witches or not," growled Alastor. I unzipped my jacket and tucked in the loosely hanging pieces and placed Tris in the jacket. She gripped onto my shirt as I zipped back up the jacket. Now I could ride with her, without her being harmed.
"Up," I said with my hand over the broom. It came up quickly and landed in my hand. Bella didn't have the same luck. Her broom smacked her on the side of the head but then leveled off.
I threw my leg over the broom and waited for instructions. If the hypothesis I formed was correct, we should be going to 12 Grimmauld Place.
"We will lead you two to the place where Sirius is. Follow us," Remus explained for Alastor.
"Yes, sir, Mr. Lupin," I politely replied. He smiled a little bit at my manors.
We took off, and I loved the feeling. The wind threw my curly hair, which was naturally amber to black, flew like a flag on a windy day. It was exciting. I followed Nymphadora to a strange neighborhood. When we got there two attached buildings parted to reveal 12 Grimmauld Place.
When we went in we heard a voice yell, "Who is it?"
"Tonks, Remus, and Mad-Eye, with some visitors," Nymphadora answered.
She rushed us to the dining room where a bunch of people were. She ran and sat down with some other people. Remus sat with some guy in the corner, Mad-Eye sat with a few scary looking people. That left Bella and I standing awkwardly.
I unzipped my jacket and picked up Tris and bounced her on my hip. She had woken up on the way here.
"Oh, dear! A baby! Is she yours," rang the voice of a woman with red hair. I smiled.
"She's my sister. Parents died in the attack."
She frowned for a moment at the mention of the attack. She replied to that with, "Well, right now you must eat. I will introduce you to some people when you are through."
"Of course."
"By the way, I'm Molly Weasley, dear."
"Kadence Calypso Potter. This is Tris. That's her nickname," I state casually, "and that's Belladonna Ray- Potter! I mean Potter. Oops."
Bella had given me a look. Molly looked shocked to hear the last name Potter. She quickly recovered and lead us over to the table.
Bella, Tris, and I sat near Tonks and some other people, who I hoped were Aurors.
We were brought some food and that thanked Molly. We dug into our food.
