"Come on sweetheart it won't be so bad at a new school" my mum grabs my hand as we sit in the car in the parking lot of my new school. "Oh who am I kidding I know it's going to be hard and probably the worst day but please give it a chance sweetheart" she smiles the motherly smile making me smile back. "I'm just scared mum this is a big step starting a new school at my age and during the term" I lower my head and then turn to look out the window at all the students rushing inside as it begins to rain. "Oh great it's raining now too" I huff feeling so deflated. "Hey put your baseball cap on and pull up the hoodie of your coat to stay dry, message me on break if you can and I will see you out front at 4. We can go have a hot chocolate and you can tell me all about your first day" she smiles at me before reaching across to open the door. "Go with your head high sweetheart and I will see you later".  I climb out of the car and  wave goodbye as I head towards the building. Stopping outside the main door I take a deep breath and head inside.

Following the signs to the office I arrive at the secretary's office. "Good morning young man you must me Kim Taehyung" she holds out her hand as I shake it "Yes that's me" I nearly whisper back as she grabs a file and guides me over to the Office door. Mr Kim Junmyeon will be with you any minute now" she places the file on the table and leaves the office. Taking a seat in front of the desk I look around the room seeing trophies around the room and awards covering the walls.  The door opens making me stand up.

"Mr Kim nice of you to join us here please sit" he points to the chair as I sit back down nervously. "Now Taehyung I have already read your file, I'm sorry you where bullied at your old school so much that you had to leave. I want to assure you that I don't tolerate bullies here in my school so you won't have any problems here. If you need to talk to any of the staff or myself over any problems please don't hesitate. Do you have any questions for me right now? " I try hold myself from shaking with nerves that I just mumble" No sir".
"OK taehyung this is your class schedule and the number of your locker. All your books are in your locker except for the first three classes as the teachers have those. They will give them to you as you arrive. So let me show you to your first class".

I follow him out as I unzip my coat and take off my cap not realising I still had it on. Cursing myself at how bad my manners are with my new principal I let out a sigh. "Are you ok?" he stops and looks at me making me blush in embarrassment that I made a sound out loud. "I'm sorry for my manners of not removing my hat when indoors and talking with you sir".
"Don't worry about that today its just first day nerves, now come on and I will introduce you to your English teacher Mr Zhang" he knocks on the door before entering as the class goes quiet.
"Excuse me class but Mr Zhang I have a new student here" he says while everyone looks at me making me lower my head and begin to shake again with nerves. "Oh come on in Taehyung we where just talking about you" the teacher smiles showing me to my seat and handing me my books. "Have a good day class" the principal smiles before leaving. The class room is so quiet you could hear a pin drop. Why did I leave my old school why didn't I just stay and deal with the bullies and let them kill me.

"OK everyone, this is Kim Taehyung please be nice and show him around I'm sure you all knew what it was like to be the new person. OK so on with class open page 15 of your English books and let's go through the verbs". I smile to myself flicking through the pages as I know these verbs.

Class goes on and it's different here its like the teachers want the kids to be involved more and not just listen to them. It amazes me as in my old school we just sat and listened to the teacher go on and on till the bell rang. Maybe it's just how Mr Zhang teaches us. I find myself getting involved as they all invite me to take part in the understanding and the learning of the verbs. I begin to relax that so far the morning is going so well.

First three classes have passed and it turns out all the teachers teach the same way making me so grateful and surprised that I am still awake not falling asleep in the back of class. I go on the search for my locker and find it close to my next class being double music with a Mr Byun Baekhyun. I heard he is the best music teacher around so I am so grateful to be able to go to his class. "Hey your Taehyung right, my name is Mark" I turn to see a dark hair guy all smiles as I shift my books from one arm to the other as he shakes my hand. "Yeah that's me the new guy" I smile as he laughs. "Hey you be fine here, would you like to join me and my friends for lunch?" he smiles again making me shake my head. "I'll be ok"  I open my locker and change my books as he still waits for me. "Come join us we don't bite" he says making me smile "Sure ok thank you" I grab my bag and close my locker following him into the cafeteria.

Reaching a large table he stop in front of it. "OK guys this is Taehyung, Taehyung this is Jaehyun, Johnny, Chenle, Jeno, and Ten" I smile a hello as they move and let me sit with them as they all tuck into their lunches they brought from home. "We usually get food here in the cafeteria but Mondays the catering staff dont be here so make sure you have lunch on Mondays" Mark says as the others all continue eating. "So you fitting in ok?" Jeno asks me as I swallow my food before I reply "It's ok so far yeah thank you for letting me sit with you guys for lunch". "You can sit with us any time" Chenle smiles as the others all agree.

Since it's just a small break the bell rings for us to head to our next class." What class you got now Taehyung? " Mark asks as I tell him Double music." Great we are in the same class come on let's go" he links me as if I know him years as we head towards the music room.

"Hey miss me" Jimin jumps scares his friend j hope making him scream out with a fright. "Damn you Jimin you nearly made me pee my pants" J hope playfully pushes his friend as they head to music class. "So have you missed me or not?" Jimin asks his friend again as he wraps his arm around the smallers shoulder. " I have seen you everyday how would I have missed you idiot" j hope pushes his friend playful off him as they bump into the new guy. "Shit I'm so sorry" Jimin turns to see the beauty standing in front of him. "It's ok" Taehyung says while fixing himself as Mark grabs him and moves him along towards the class. "Who the hell is that?" Jimin freezes to the spot staring at the new guy like he was his favourite food. "Oh that's Taehyung he is New here" J hope says making Jimin grab his arm. "New guy hmm, welcome back to school for me and there I was thinking today would be boring till Mr sexy walked in" Jimin follows as j hope just shakes his head knowing full well his bestfriend will do everything in his power to get the new guy.
