Alex's P.O.V 

It's been a week since the 'Incident' in the classroom and I have been avoiding Miss. Heart as much as possible. I like her but what if she doesn't like me and I could ruin her career even if she did so it's best to avoid her.

"ALEX WE NEED TO TALK" Bailey yelled from downstairs 

"I'M COMING,"  I say running downstairs. I went right to Bailey's office because I knew thats where she had to be because she was almost always in there.

I got to her office and sat in the chair in front of her desk that she was sitting behind.

"Hi Alex. So I'm leaving tomorrow for that business trip I told you about  and Sapphire is coming over to unpack can you please help her" she begged me and I nodded my head 

"Sure" I say to her 

So much for avoiding Miss. Heart I forgot she is going to be watching me for a month

...
*Next day*

Well it couldn't be more awkward especially after Bailey left.

The room Miss.Heart was staying in was right next to mine. The room had blue walls with vertical yellow stripes, and king-sized bed up against the wall in the middle of the room

"So why have you been avoiding me?" Miss Heart asked me breaking the silence we had going on 

"Why does it matter Miss. Heart?" I politely asked her trying not to give away any emotion

"It's Sapphire when we are not at school and because I want to know what I did to upset you " she says with sadness evidently in her voice 

"You didn’t do anything to upset me," I told her truthfully

 Sapphire stepped closer to me and her ocean blue eyes bored into my brown one's

"Please tell them why you were avoiding me?" she pushed for me to tell her

"Because I like you more than I should?" I whisper shyly while looking down at the ground

Sapphire P.O.V

I was in the house of the student who I have liked since I started teaching and she just said she liked me. 

What do I do? I don't want me to lose my job, but I really like her and no one else is here except us too.

Ugh! to hell with it!

I moved closer to Alex and captured her sweet lips that have been taunting me for so long,  they felt so great against mine.

 I released her perfect lips after a while, I then leaned my forehead against hers and looked into those beautiful dark chocolate eyes.

"Why did you do that?" she asked catching her breath from the kiss 

"Because I like you more than I should too," I told her taking my forehead of her and took a step back from her 

I really did just kiss my student and no to mention my best friend's younger sister 

"Well. in that case, I'm done hiding it. Sapphire I really like you and I know there are risks but please can we give this a try," she pleaded and gave me a small pout 

I can't resist that adorable face. She is just too gorgeous and sweet. I can't. 

"I-I...Yes I want to try too" I stuttered out with a shy smile 

"How about a date out of the town of course?" She asked nervously. She is so cute when she is nervous.

"Alright but we have to be really careful and Bailey can't know about this at all," I tell her smiling and she smiled back 

"I won't tell Bailey don't worry and we will be careful," she tells me 

After that, we let our lips connect for a second time and then we finished unpacking my stuff after a while. We ordered pizza and talked about random things.

I can't believe Alex likes me back and that I'm going on a date with her.
