Your eyes turn blurry
And I begin to worry
'Have I done it in a hurry?'
But my doubt goes away

As I see your cheeks turning the color of cherry.

" Yes ", you squeal, a tear slides down
From your happy eyes, so brown
So beautiful, it makes me want to drown
In it and never, ever see you frown

And make you my life's crown.

You almost snatch the ring from my hand
Making me stumble into the sand
But I laugh when I land
Because there's nothing else

In my heart, only love, so grand

"I Love You", we say in unison
And your face again turns crimson
I hug you, under the sun
Making the two, just one

And I hope it stays the same
As for you, I don't want to be
Just a "SOMEONE"
