I'm running away
From the haunting past
I'm trying to run fast
It's turning cold and gray.

The past visits me
During the dark night
Fuelling all my fright
When will I be free ?

Morning starts with tears
In my eyes and pain
Piercing my head again
With memories like knife and spears..

I'm lost in the darkness
No one to cling
Or an arm to sling
During my weakness..
