Time skip to when everyone is going home. Your POV

" Okay go get Max. I'll go get Ross. I am going to give you a 2 minute head start. Okay. Do you know what to say. And is it ready?" I asked.

" Yes. And I'm sad that you don't trust me enough." Cory said.

" I trust you I just want things to go well" I said.

" But-" he started.

" Go before he leaves" I said.

" Okay okay" he said walking away.

" Now to start the timer. Two minutes" I said.

After two minutes was up I walked over to Ross's office. " Hey Ross" I said.

" Hey. You need a ride?" he asked.

" No. But I want you to trust me" I said.

" Okay" he said.

" So I want you to let me walk you around the office. And to make me feel better I'll put one end of a handcuff on you and the other on me. You need to stay very very quit. And your eyes need to be closed. Okay?" I asked.

" Um it's an odd request but I'll do it." he said.

" Great. And not a word out of you until I say. K?" I asked.

" Okay. And don't let me hit any walls" he said.

" Okay now close your eyes" I said.

He closed his eyes and held out his arm. I put one end on his arm and pretended to put the other on my arm.

" Now remember no talking" I said.

He nodded his head yes and I started walking. I led him to the server room and saw the open door. I saw Max standing there holding something. I took the opportunity and walked up behind him. I'm so lucky he didn't hear me. I unhooked the other end of the handcuff and put it on his arm.

He dropped the thing he was holding. It fell. It was a light. It luckily didn't break. Ross heard the sound and opened his eyes.

" Oh Max. You're lucky it didn't break" I said.

" What the hell. Y/n what is this" he said he held up his had that was attached to Ross.

" Yes I would like to know too" Ross said holding up his hand also so it wasn't just hanging there.

" My attempt to make things better between you two. Now I gotta go" I said stepping out of the room. Cory was standing there ready to lock The door. After he locked it I said " Now you two are in there till you guys make nice."

I heard some arguing then a banging on the door and Ross said " Come on and just let us out."

" Not until you guys make nice." I said.

" But I don't think we need to" Ross said.

" Is that what you think Max?" I asked.

When I heard no reply from Max I smiled and said " That's what I thought."

" Well he doesn't deserve it" he said.

" Yes he does. When you were mad at me do you remember why you were mad in the first place? Because of something you thought I said about him. Now if you believed him over some one you knew for a lot of your life then that means you really like him as a friend. So don't tell me you don't want to." I said.

" But-" he started.

" We are not letting you out till you guys are friends. And we are going to sit right here so you guys can't lie and say that you are when you aren't." I said interrupting him.

" Come on Ross" Max said.

" Y/n" Ross said.

" I'm done talking to you." I said. " Cory you can go home if you want." I said to him.

" No I want to stay here." he said.

" Come on just let us out" Ross said.

" So Cory what time do you think we will get home?" I asked ignoring Ross.

" I don't know. This shouldn't take too long" he said.

I heard Ross sigh. I smiled and continued to talk to Cory but also listen to them so that they will really work things out.

Ross's POV

" So Ross" Max said.

" No Max." I said.

" But we need to. They won't let us out if we don't" he said.

" Okay fine. Then why did you do it. Why did you make me mad at her?" I asked. I was getting mad.

" I thought she was going to take you from me. I-I couldn't let her take you from me" he said.

" So you took me from her." I said.

" Well-" he started.

" Well what? Well you managed to mess up your own lie. You managed to get in trouble with Adam. And because of what you did I'm mad at you. Not because of her." I said.

He just looked down. After a couple of seconds he said " Look I know what I did. I know what I said. And I'm sorry. I am so sorry. But from the looks of it she forgave me. Now I want you to forgive me. Please."

" I don't know if I can. I mean what you did. You pushed her to the ground." I said.

" After she punched me." he said.

" And why would she do that?" I asked.

" Because I was saying things to her. And I will admit they were childish, immature, and mean. Do you hear that y/n. I'm sorry for what I said." he yelled the last part so she could hear it.

" Well that's all good but why would you lie still." I asked.

" Like I said. I didn't want her to take you from me. And I think we are good. And if we are not good then I will take her out to lunch or something. Fair?" he asked.

" Okay. Just don't ever lie to me again. And if you ever say anything like this again I will assume you are lying. Fair?" I asked.

" Fair." he said.

" Great let's go get these things off." Ross said.

" Okay" I said.

We walked over to the door and I knocked on the door " You can let us out now. I think we are good now" I said.

" Max from what we hear it's good. Is that true?" she asked.

" Yes we are. You can let us out now" he said.

" Okay Cory may you let them out?" she asked.

" Yes I can. Do you have the keys for the handcuffs?" Cory asked.

" Let me go grab them from my desk." she said running off to grab them.

" Okay it's unlocked" Cory said.

" Thanks" Max said.

" No problem." he said.

" I'm back" she said.

" Okay awesome. I really don't like these things so please take it off" I said.

" Okay let me start with Max" she said.

" Hey!" I said.

She laughed and took them off.

Your POV

After I took the off we all started to walk home. " Hey y/n can I talk to you?" Max asked.

" Sure" Isaid.

" Look I'm sorry for what I did. And I do mean it. I will take you to lunch or something." Max said.

" Oh no problem. I mean you do owe me" I said.

" Um I don't think I do. Well what you did, by holding us in the closet, is considered kidnapping. Holding someone against their will" he said.

I smiled. That's all I could do. We were about to separate for our cars.

I turned to look at him one last time. He winked at me and continued to walk to his car.

I smiled even bigger. I felt weird inside. Like I could jump up and down. What is wrong with me? I never get like this.
