Sirin

Three days before the wedding of the two important people in my life and I just sit by the sea all day.

"What are you looking at?!" I snapped when they started licking their lips. Nilampasan ko na lamang ang mga ito at napayakap nang mahigpit sa aking sarili.

I looked at my red two-piece and frowned. Ano bang kahali-halina sa suot ko? Are my boobs that large?

Naalala kong nakasuot ako ng t-shirt kanina paglabas ng hotel, pati na shorts pero nawala ko iyon nang makalimutan ko kung nasaan ko nilapag ang mga 'yon.

I casually stepped inside the elevator and punched the ninth floor. Tiningnan ko saglit ang mga kasama ko at napagtantong may mag-asawang matanda, isang bata, at isang eleganteng babae akong kasama. They all looked at me like I'm some kind of alien so I just shrugged and grinned at them.

Sasarado na sana ang elevator nang may kamay na humarang doon at isang lalaking humihingal ang nagmamadaling pumasok habang may hinahanap sa kanyang bulsa.

"Fuck, this pants! Where's that key?!" bulong nito. "Bakit ba ang daming bulsa nito?! Shit!"

Sumarado na ang elevator door kaya tiningnan ko na lamang ang paa ko. My bare feet. Oh hell. I can't believe I'm that stupid to forget where I put my slippers. Buti na lang talaga at hindi ko nakasalubong si Humbert. Oh, the shame that'll give me.

"Oh yes!" sabi ng lalaki at narinig kong may kumalansing. Nahanap na yata nito ang susing hinahanap kanina. Narinig kong may tumunog na phone and the next thing I know, lumabas na sa third floor ang batang kasama namin sa elevator. "Hello? Are you already there—I'm sorry I forgot. Hell. I was in the bar. Bakit ba kasi hindi mo ako tinawagan bago ka makarating diyan? Ma—yes, it's sixty-nine. Don't ask—"

I looked up and stared at the man beside me. Iritado itong nakikipag-usap sa kung sinumang nasa kabilang linya. He was still panting and his adam's apple was sexily bobbing up and down. Halatang tumakbo ito papunta sa hotel. He was sweating as well!

And damn, I saw him again. This hot guy...

"Kursk," I absentmindedly said so the man looked at me and his eyes widened with shock. "Been a long time." I beamed at him and he only gaped at me.

Ting!

Lumabas na ang lolo at lola couple kasama ang babae sa 7th floor nang tila natauhan si Kursk at tumikhim.

"Err, H-Hello," he shakily said and looked at his phone. He swiped at the screen and slid his phone inside his pocket. Nakita kong humigpit ang hawak nito sa key card at napangiwi. "D-Didn't know I'd s-see you here."

Natawa ako nang nagsimula itong pagpawisan. Kitang-kita rin sa mga mata nito ng nerbyos.

Oh man. Is this hot guy afraid of me? Naalala ko ang ginawa ko sa kanya noong isang araw at napangisi.

"You know, you don't have to worry. I'm not that cheap to give you a blowjob inside a public elevator." Kursk's lips parted with shock so I wickedly put my finger in his wet mouth and thrust a few times before he stepped back and staggered. I looked at his face and it was as if he was watching a horror movie. I laughed and nonchalantly yet slowly sucked my finger that's still wet with his saliva. I released my finger and looked at the elevator door. "Sweet," I murmured.

I blew him a kiss and walked out of the elevator while saying, "See you around, Kursk baby." Why I said that is still a puzzle to me.

Habang naglalakad, hindi ko mapigilang mapalingon ulit. He was still there standing inside the elevator. Unti-unti na itong sumara nang mabilis pa sa alas kwatrong tumakbo palabas si Kursk at lumapit sa akin.

I was taken aback when he started talking.

"E-Excuse me, miss" sabi nito at tila kinakabahan na tumikhim. "W-What's your name?"

I smiled after a few seconds. Is he curious about me? Hmm. Oh well.

"Sianna Rini Velasco." I grabbed his hand and shook it before I let go with a laugh. Tulala pa rin kasi ito. "And I think, you should introduce yourself as well."

"But you know my name," he reasoned while still staring at me with wide eyes. "How did you know me?"

"Oh, the receptionist mentioned it," I said with a shrug. Hindi pa rin ito umimik kaya sumimangot ako. "You don't want to introduce yourself then?"

Ngumiwi ito at pilit na ngumiti.

"I'm K-Kursk Oblast Romanov," he offered his hand so I shook it again. "N-Nice to meet you. I-I assume you're here for the wedding?"

Napahalakhak ako at binawi ang aking kamay.

"How did you know?" I rolled my eyes when I remembered my snake of a best friend. "I'm the maid-of-honor, actually," mapakla kong sabi.

"Wait! I'm the groom's best man!" he said in shock so I laughed half because of his half-squeal and half because of the fact that this is in fact a very small world.

"W-What a c-coincidence to meet here!" I stammered awkwardly and started to walk again. "S-See you a-around then," sabi ko na lamang at pilit na ngumiti.

"Wait!" sabi nito at hinablot ang braso ko. Gulat akong napatingin sa kanya. He let go of me and muttered an apology. "Can I invite you for dinner?"

He sounded so serious so I sighed, clearly hiding my annoyance. Gusto ko sanang matulog na lang buong gabi. Psh. Pero baka pwede ko ring pakinabangan ang date namin ng hot guy na 'to.

I smiled.

"Sure. Meet me in the lobby. 6 PM. Sharp."

And surely guys, ang liwanag ng ngiti ni Kursk that it seemed creepy. Pinasadahan nito saglit ang katawan ko bago tumalikod at tumakbo papunta sa elevator. Narinig ko ring mabilis nitong pinindot-pindot ang button.

What a strange man.
