ALLISON

The woods were silent. My mouth was covered by duck tape and I was tied around a tree.

"You saw too much, pretty little thing. It's a shame really. Such a waste."

I was wondering why I wasn't already dead by now.

"Zander and Josh are probably looking for you. Doubt they'll find you though."

I didn't want to cry.

"Aww, don't cry! It's okay, once you tell me what I want to know, I'll make it quick."

I tried to get out of the ropes, but they were wrapped multiple times around me. I was so tired. So cold.

"Al? Allison can you hear me?" I could hear him, but I couldn't say anything.

I just lay there, shivering on the cold and muddy ground, waiting and hoping that the voice would get louder and find me. It didn't though.

The minutes ticked on and turned into hours. The man never came back. I could feel my stomach becoming impatient, all the while my teeth were chattering from the cold breeze.

Then I heard a gun shot.
