3 days later: the day of the peace summit

Kouh Academy, just outside the gates

Several teleportation circles open up, and a figure steps out of each of them except for one. Twp people come out of that one. Out of the ones with the Gremory seal on them comes Sirzechs Lucifer and Grayfia Lucifuge.

The faction leaders greet each other and introduce Palutena and Pit, causing shock from the Devils and Azazel. Rias and her peerage exit the building and escort the leaders inside.

Crimson is kneeling in front of a throne, when he looks at the woman on the throne, his eyes gleam with anticipation.

Crimson: My lady, please allow me to infiltrate the peace summit. I would be much more effective than Katarea. Though I'm not doubting her affectiveness, I just doubt whether or not she's right for this job.

The woman looks down at him with her dull, grey eyes. When she speaks, she sounds emotionless

???: Fine. You can go. Into the summit. But if you. Fail. You will be punished.

Crimson: Thank you, my lady! You won't be disappointed. You know that I'm more of a sabateur than one for a full frontal assault. I will grab my Heretic Knights and my Sins. We will infiltrate the summit and plant the seeds of doubt among them!

Crimson teleports away, leaving the woman by herself.

???: Soon I. Will have my. Home back.

Kouh Academy Gym

As the leaders organize themselves at an office chair set up, one very large magic Circle with the Satanas seal on it appears. Crimson, his Heretic Champions and the Seven Deadly Sins step through.

Crimson: Surely you can't start this meeting without at least one of the Nephilims? I just wanted to bring some company because I assumed that some people would.

Crimson smiles charmingly at everyone. Serafall and Azazel return the smile while everyone else looks at him wearily

Crimson: C'mon, I'm not that bad that only two people smile at me. Palutena, you're looking well. Serafall, keep doing your job as well as you have and I'll sell more DVD's of your show. Azazel, how'd you like the present I sent you? Gabriel, the more you smile naturally, the longer you'll keep your beauty. Michael, how's your break from the System been treating you? Sirzechs, Ajuka, and Falbium, you might want to start doing your jobs better. Vali, cool it with the edgyness and Pit.......... you're cool. I'm sure that you all know at least one of my Heretic Champions. Rias, I see that you recognize several of them. Now, you can all go by whoever you would like to. Though, I can guess which ones some of you will go to.

After Crimson finishes his little speech, the only Champions to move are Anderson, who goes over by the Angels while Towa and Handler, who Crimson has thought about calling 'Hannah', go over by Azazel. Percy goes over to Palutena and Pit.

Palutena: Crimson, it's good to see you again, but why did you bring so many people with you?

Sloth: Wrath and I are meant to make sure that he does nothing stupid.

Greed: Envy, Pride and I are here to keep him alive in a fight. Not that he needs us or anything.

Lust: I'm here to keep everyone in check.

Gluttony is in a muzzle and can't say anything.

Crimson: I brought my Champions because I figured some would get along with some people.

Anderson turns to Palutena.

Anderson: My lady, I can sense the Divine powers of God in you. Are you related to the all mighty Father?

Percy: Though, I sense that she's also Greek. Miss, are you a Greek God?

Palutena: *smiles softly* I'm actually the daughter of God and Hera.

Both Percy and Anderson look shocked at the news, but they both quickly recover. Meanwhile, Towa sits silently, floating on her staff waiting for the meeting to begin. Issei stares pervertedly at the women in Crimson's group before being kicked into a wall by Crimson

Crimson: Can't stand perverts. Now let's get this meeting underway. All three factions want peace, and I agree. But there are a few concerns that I have when it comes to this.

All the leaders look confused and Rias pales slightly. Falbium even wakes up completely.

Crimson: Serafall, like I said, you've been doing your job regarding foreign affairs pretty well. But There are a couple things that don't add up.

Sirzechs: What are you talking about?

Serafall looks especially confused while Palutena narrows her eyes and motions for Crimson to continue

Crimson: Sirzechs, the town of Kouh was purchased from the Yokai faction about 10 years ago. Correct?

Sirzechs: Yes, but how is this relevant to your questions.

Crimson: Well, you were the one that ordered the slaughter of the Nekoshou. And that only happened a month before the purchase. So, my question is: how was it that you were able to make the Shinto gods forgive you enough to lend you this land?

Azazel: Actually, that is a really good point. You claimed that Kuroka had gone mad from Senjutsu, but that's impossible. The Nekoshou were too in tune with their powers for that to ever happen. When we found her a few years ago, she was perfectly sane and in control of her powers. And she still is in control nor has she ever shown signs of losing control.

Sirzechs: *panicking* You're harboring a stray devil, and it's a SS class one? That should allow us to enter the Grigori to arrest her!

Serafall looks over to Sirzechs in suspicion

Serafall: Sirzechs, did you ever do a proper investigation of Kuroka's master? And why did you order the killing of an entire tribe of a different Patheon without confronting me first?

Palutena galres at Sirzechs

Palutena: If there's one thing I can't stand, it's senseless killing. Sirzechs Lucifer, you better have a good explanation for your actions against the Yokai.

Sirzechs starts sweating bullets as even Grayfia looks at him suspiciously

Sirzechs: She was able to kill a high class devil! Imagine what a large group of Nekoshou would be able to do if they took up arms against the devils!

Crimson facepalms very hard

Crimson: Sirzechs! The Nekoshou were a peaceful race, and you could have caused a war between the Shinto and the Devils, which you would undoubtedly lose. And Ajuka, Falbium, what have each of you actually done within you're role's branch?

Both Satans pale and sweat profusely.

Crimson: I thought so. That and the fact that Rias seems to be doing a terrible job as the "governer" of Kouh, it seems that the Sitri family is the most capable House in the underworld. So, I think that Sona Sitri should be made the Governer of Kouh and Grayfia Lucifuge be made the Devil King Lucifer. That way, the more capable devils will outweigh the not so capable ones.

Rias: Hey, you can't do that! Who do you think you are?

Issei: Yeah! Pres is doing a great job!

Kiba: How dare you insinuate that Rias hasn't been doing a good job!

Asia remains silent but stares admiringly at Palutena. Koneko looks conflicted and Akeno is shaking in silent fury

Crimson: And the pity party speaks up! Issei, Rias let you die, Kiba, she only appeared after you escaped. She did nothing to save you. Akeno, you're father wasn't able to be there because he had no idea the attack was happening! He's been grieving ever since. Rias has manipulated you all and you simply follow her like a bunch if lost puppies!

Kiba summons a Holy Erasure and charges at Crimson, who quickly dodges and snaps the sword in half with Ascalon. Everyone tenses as Crimson leans towards Kiba's face.

Crimson: Even if you managed to harm me, you'd be far behind a mindless beast. Back to my points!

Crimson turns back to the rest of the table

Crimson: Rias knew about the Fallen Angels in the abandoned church, and did nothing about it, thankfully Azazel hired me to retrieve the Fallen that were there, because they were mislead by Kokabiel and I was able to get them back to the Grigori with only one casualty on their side. Rias would have gone in and killed all of them on a whim.

Serafall, Azazel, and the Heaven faction vote for Sona to become the Governer of Kouh.
